Sorry guys, novelty use only!
This really is a novelty product. It does not work as an enlargement cream, but would possibly make a good gag gift.

Pros
It has a fairly pleasant scent.
Cons
Doesn't work. Should have more specific directions about the amount of cream that should be used.
We decided to get the Maximus enlargement cream because, as my boyfriend says, no matter how well endowed a guy is he always wants to be bigger. So we got this to try it out to see if it really did work. When it came in the mail, I opened it up and read over the entire packaging and the tube. The first thing I noticed was that the package said very clearly that this cream was to be used for novelty purposes only and never for medical reasons. Big red flag there! Next I saw that the only directions were to apply the cream twice a day – once in the morning and once at night. It would have been helpful to know how much to use each time.
I opened up the tube to see if the cream was scented. It is. It has a minty smell. Not too strong of a smell, in my opinion, but sort of like a wintergreen flavored lifesaver candy. I didn’t feel the consistency of the cream myself, but according to my boyfriend it isn’t greasy feeling. He says that it is not too different than hand lotion.
So we started off with a slightly scientific approach. We measure his penis, erect, to get a starting number for comparison. Then he began applying the enlargement cream twice a day, just as the direction stated. He used about a quarter sized amount each time and simply rubbed it in from base to tip. Again, just as you would if you were using a hand lotion. He says there was a slight tingly feeling that only lasted a few seconds, but no other reactions or adverse effects occurred. The cream lasted for a few weeks. When it was all used up, we measured his penis again and found that there was no change in the measurement. So it seems that the package warning label is correct. This product is for NOVELTY USE ONLY. It does not, however, work as an enlargement cream.
