Premium Lubricant at Respectable Price
System JO's Premium Silicone Lubricant comes at a premium price (compared to other Supreme priced alternatives), but does a good job of delivering on the promise. A little dab will do you well, and a bottle will last a long time if you don't spill any. I recommend this product for anyone who periodically needs a water-resistant lubricant that feels natural and doesn't like degreasing after play.

Pros
Easier to use than many other silicones, lasts longer than water-based, skin-friendly
Cons
Price, difficult to find locally if in a hurry, I own too many silicone toys
System JO's Premium Lubricant is an effective, light silicone lube that has all of the pluses of similar lubes, and some of the same detriments. To the positive, it is water-resistant for play in the shower and will not erode condoms like oils will. It certainly lasts longer than water based lubes of similar or even thicker viscosity, and is fairly easy on the skin. Of course, the downsides being that it can't be used with silicone toys and can be difficult to clean up; though, admittedly, less so than some comparable lubricants.
Depending on your use of the lube, a small amount can go a very long way; much, much farther (based on stroke-distance) than any water based lube I've yet to find. I can't offer a comparison to silicone lubes as this was the first one I've tried in a decade after an unfortunate spilling accident in college.
But the real question: I say it holds up better per stroke than water based lubes, but how much better? I can't claim that one drop of this lube suddenly made internal-use toys painless, but very little was required to make things go from masochistic pleasure to comfortable pleasure (and, as someone who is acquainted with masochism, I will tell you that sometimes you DON'T want pain with your pleasure). It will wear out, but in a pleasant way by being absorbed into the skin, rather than leaving a silicone gunk buildup. Excess can be wiped off with a warm paper towel, and voila!
In terms of masturbation, I haven't played with this much yet; most of my toys are silicone or silicone derivatives, and oddly, I haven't spent much hands-on time lately while working on the reviews. It certainly is easy enough to use that way, and very little will go a very long way again. It can have a greasy feeling, but not as bad as I remember from silicone.
This is a premium lubricant: in name, in function, and in price; even within the System JO lineup. Despite containing - to all outward appearances, at least - the same ingredients as the anal version of this lube, it is priced $2 more per unit than the anal lubricant. So here's the real question: why the price difference between two otherwise identical products? While, at $6/ounce for the 2.4oz bottle, it isn't the most expensive lube out there, but it is a curious price point within the System JO lineup.
It's not the most pricey of the System JO offerings, but certainly isn't the cheapest, either. And don't think you can swing by the local pharmacy or Large Mart and pick it up, either; I found it only by going to a local adult toy store, at $6 more per bottle than here on Eden Fantasys. So, if you're running low, best to stock up before you run out.
Ingredients
Because I'm a dolt and forgot last time...
(INCI) Cyclopentasiloxane, Cyclotetrasiloxane, Dimethiconol, Dimethicone
From what I've read from other reviewers, these are the same as in the anal version of this lube. Not having the anal version, I can't confirm or refute this claim, but it would be interesting if it is true, given the $2/bottle price difference.

Experience
Overall, I've had a positive experience with System JO Premium. The only gripe I have with it is that I can't use it with either my Fleshlights or my Cobra Libre, both being made with silicone/silicone derivatives. The other problem is that sometimes, it is absorbed by the body too quickly for my taste, or is a bit runnier than I would like, which can make some awkward cleaning problems. Overall, though, I'm pleased with the product and will probably buy more of it once this bottle runs out...sometime around 2018 based on my usage estimate.

Thank you for viewing JO premium lubricant – silicone-based lubricant review page!
The incident in college wasn't sex related, sadly. I used to keep a bottle of silicone lube and a bottle of cleaner in my toiletries bag because one of the few places I could get privacy for...certain personal needs... was in the showers at the dorm (hence, why you ALWAYS own shower shoes when you live in a dorm with communal showers). I picked up my bag one day and found that it felt...greasy. I looked inside to find that the lube had cracked open, ruining the bag and most of what was inside the bag, plus leaking over stuff in my closet. I swore off silicone lubes then and there...until earlier this month.
