Ouch! Not for me.
Not so much an "arousal" oil as a "burning" oil. I think some women enjoy the sensation of burning down there, or else all those warming oils wouldn't exist, but I found it unpleasant. I also don't personally feel that it's safe to use something like cinnamon, an irritant, on such a delicate part of my body. I'll stick with using it in my hot chocolate.

I've never used a warming lubricant or gel before, so I didn't know what to expect from this. I got it as a free sample with another purchase, but figured hey, why not? I like trying new things.
HOLY CRAP! I was not prepared for it. A few seconds after I applied the oil I started experiencing this intense burning sensation, to the point where I was POSITIVE I was having a negative, allergic reaction to it. It kept getting stronger and stronger, until I was literally this close to jumping in the shower and trying frantically to somehow wash it off. But the sensation started to ease a little and I decided to wait it out. Eventually it got to the point where I was convinced I hadn't just burned my clit off with cinnamon oil and I tried playing around. I can't say it made orgasm any easier or any better, for me. This may be because I've never used anything like this before.
I will say, however, that first-time users should use the TINIEST amount possible. I think part of my mistake was using two drops (the package says 1-2 drops) because I wasn't anticipating any reaction. I would suggest just the tiniest amount, and building up from there if you want to.
The super-intense effects lasted 1-2 minutes, and then after that it was a much more gentle heat sensation that lasted about 15-20 minutes. I could still feel it after that, but it wasn't so much a heat as a slight sensation that All Was Not Right Down There. This lasted for about half an hour after that. So in general, I could feel the effects for about 50 minutes after I applied the oil, but I wouldn't say it was noticeably warm for more than 20 minutes afterward.
