Not So Joy Jelly
Joy Jelly has a sweet flavor but it is just too sticky and it is very difficult to clean up. If you are looking for a low priced lube that tastes good this would be good for you, but beware of the difficult clean-up. I would suggest shelling out a few extra bucks for a better lubricant.

Pros
Sweet flavor and Low price
Cons
Too Sticky and Difficult to Clean Up
Joy Jelly? I would give it 1 star. It tastes okay but that is about it. It really did not do anything special. The jelly felt more like goo and made the whole sexual experience a wet mess. I could not feel what was going on down there and neither could my partner. Joy Jelly is an okay alternative for those people who want to save a buck or two. Beware though, only use a small amount or you will be drowning in a sticky mess. I would suggest spending a the extra buck on a different product.
Joy Jelly|Joy jelly is water-based and comes in a wide variety of flavors. I had tried cherry hoping it would actually taste like cherries and not over-sugared like other lubricants I have tried. Unfortunately it did not live up to my expectations. It tasted sweet but don’t expect it to make you think you were eating a ripe cherry or anything.
The texture left a lot to be desired as well. It was sticky and messy. It felt like I had put slime or goo down there and It was difficult to feel what was going on. My partner was not impressed either. We actually had to stop midway through because it got too sticky and we needed to clean up. Cleaning up proved to be harder than we had thought. After wiping and washing for a few minutes it still felt like there was more lube there, and the strong fruit smell still did not go away after a whole day.
Judging the amount of the Joy Jelly you need to use with each sexual encounter seemed to be another problem. Too much and you get a big wet mess, too little and it dries up and becomes difficult to continue because of the stickiness. We did not find a good, even amount to use. I would recommend spending the extra buck on a different product.

Experience
Make sure you don't use too much at once, start with a small amount of the lube or you will have a mess!

This was my first ever sex lube, bought as a gag-gift by my friends when I went to visit my husband 15 years ago. That was the last time I've ever gone near the stuff.

Ugh, sounds gross. With a name like Joy Jelly and made by Doc Johnson, I guess that's not surprising... with a high-quality lube, a little goes a long way, so it's more affordable than it might seem at first. Check out Maximus!

Ew, goo.

Yeah, I hate when the stuff gets sticky. Thanks for the review/warning!

Thanks for the warning. I'm going to stay far far away from this stuff. I'm glad I found a good flavored lube on the first try (Toko Aroma).

Thanks for the review, I'll take this off of my try list.
