ID moments strives to be a water based lube that is hypoallergenic. It is formulated for sensitive skin, and is Paraben and Glycerin free. It is water soluble so it is easy to wash away, and also it is Latex compatible, so it is good for using with all types of toys. It is usable both anally and vaginally, but it is somewhat on the lighter side of lube, so it may need to be re-applicated quite often during sex. Other lubes may serve as better/longer lasting, however the lube tries to fill the niche market of being hypoallergenic.

The lube is quite light and isn't as viscous as some other lubes I have tried. I would describe it as a medium to light thickness. It is really slippery, and feels very much like natural lubrication. Since it is water based/water soluble, it does dry up, and you may need to reapply it during sex or add some drops of water to it, as recommended on the bottle label. In a big drop is feels a little bit gooey, but when it is spread out more evenly it feels much slicker. When it dries up it also does not leave any noticeable residue, however the taste of it will persist until it is washed off, and let me tell you the taste is not pleasant.

Taste is horrible, definitely not a lubricant that should be used with oral sex, or even after using it for other types of sex unless it has been washed away. It also does not really have a smell to it.

This product is on the medium to low side of longevity for lubricants, however on the bright side it is quite slick and you don't require a lot of it, so it isn't too much of an issue to apply more of it. Also if you purchase the 17.6 oz bottle, then there is quite a lot "sessions" that it can be used for in that one bottle. As mentioned earlier when it does dry up there is not really a residue that is left, however to get rid of the taste it should be washed away. It is a water based lubricant, so cleanup is quite easy.

The area in which this product shines is its sensitivity and its hypoallergenic formula. I have had issues in the past with lubricants that contains parabens and glycerin in which they cause a painful burning sensation. This lubricant did definitely not cause any side effects for myself or my partner and that is the biggest selling point for me.

The product comes in a clear plastic bottle with a pink top that comes off. It is quite a big bottle and the pink label clearly states that it is a "Hypoallergenic Lubricant". The back of the bottle also describes the product quite well, "Gentle, pure & safe. Perfect for your most intimate & sensual... MOMENTS", hence its name ID Moments.

The dispenser is a standard push down mechanism similar to soap dispensers. To lock it into place you turn it, definitely smarter packaging that some of the other lubricants I have tried which require you to push down on the nozzle before you can lock it.

Honestly I feel like as with most lubes, things are going to get a little messy. This lube is a little runny, however it dries up well and I don't think it will stain your sheets. This stuff is great for when the mood strikes, and I like to keep it in a drawer under my bed. This product can be used in many ways, though I would not recommend it for oral. It is also compatible with all your toys, so you and your partner can act out any kinky fantasies.
