Due to the ingredients found in this lube, it would not be suitable for some women for internal vaginal use. It is too thin and dries out too quickly for anal use. It is good for masturbation and hand jobs if you keep re-applying it, but I think it would work best for external clit stimulation, possibly with a vibe.

Pros
Easy to clean up, subtle cooling effect.
Cons
Dries pretty quickly (which is typical for most water-based lube).
Since this lube tends to need a lot of re-applying, it is definitely not going to be a great anal lube. Since it contains a lot of ingredients that are not very friendly to the inner lady parts, it not going to be a great vaginal sex lube either. I would recommend using this lube for foreplay, external clitoral stimulation, and maybe oral sex. Though the cooling effect might be pretty intense on the giver during oral sex.
It is very thin and runny. It is too easy to pour. If you do not squeeze the bottle, it will drip out. If you are like me, you immediately get impatient, squeeze the bottle, and then end up covered in a lot more lube than you initially planned for. The lube feels very smooth and silky at first, but then once it begins to dry out and absorb into your skin, it starts to feel tacky.
This lube doesn't really have any smell or taste. I will admit that I didn't really drink it, I only touched my tongue to the top of the open bottle. The amount of tingling or 'cooling' I felt from a tiny drop on my tongue was so much more intense than a whole bunch of it poured onto my love gun.
This lube acted like, and lasted about as well as, any other water-based lube. After a few minutes of use, I had to re-apply. A few minutes later, I had to re-apply again. The whole cooling effect was extremely subtle the entire time. I would imagine that if there was air blowing on the lube, it would enhance the cooling; but since this lube was already drying out pretty quickly, I doubt it would last very long at all if something like a fan was blowing on it.
Clean up was extremely easy, soap and water completely removed it.
There was no packaging. It came as is, in the bottle. There was a little removable seal under the screw-off lid, to prevent spilling or tampering before purchase. The bottle does not very clearly communicate the product information. On the back of the bottle, in very small white lettering against a clear bottle, there is a lot of information that is difficult to read. But if you want to know more about the ingredients and what not, check out the Vie Website.
The special feature of this lube would definitely be its cooling effect. The cooling is very subtle on the genitalia, however it was very intense when putting a small drop on my tongue. Moving air definitely intensifies the cooling, but it also dries out the lube quicker. I would think that if the cooling was not too much for a person's mouth, it would probably work great for oral sex.
Follow-up commentaryI don't like it anymore2 months after original review
There's nothing really bad to say about this lube, but there is also nothing really great to say about it either. The cooling aspect of the lube is extremely minimal. Too minimal to really notice for the most part. Beyond that it is a very average, plain water based lube.

Yeah, I wouldn't let this lube into my vagina...it's true. But your review is still thorough. I am surprised that you didn't mention my reaction when you tried to get me to use it with you heehee...

You should have mentioned that!

yes, I said it twice because I am that passionate about it. Really though, I don't know what happened. My computer had some type of spasm. Perhaps it was sharing its own opinion on the matter.

Sounds like a "don't buy" to me!

So what are some of the unfriendly ingredients?
Gary
Well for me, it's too 'in the middle'. Not much to rave or complain about... just kind of "meh".

I can't help but think of minty breast-milk when looking at 'Menthyl Lactate'.
Sticky lubes are the worst! yuck!
