Moist? More like soaking wet.
If you're looking for something cheap that you won't have to get near your nose or mouth, and if you don't mind reapplication and showering immediately after sex, Moist is just fine. Otherwise, spend a little more cash for a better water-based lubricant.

Pros
Slick, cheap, a little goes a long way.
Cons
Awful smell and taste, can be TOO slick, leaves residue.
I received a lubette of Moist personal lubricant with one of my toys, and seeing as it comes from Pipedream--a company that sometimes produces items of rather questionable quality--I assumed it would be little more than adequate. My assumption was correct.
Moist is a water-based lubricant. I'm not 100% sure what else it's made of, since I can't find its complete chemical composition on any reliable website, which kind of freaks me out. However, I'm almost positive that it contains glycerin: it has a sickly sweet and medicinal taste to it, like sloe gin with five pints of sugar mixed in, or maybe like rubbing alcohol with less of a burn to it. It smells rather plastic-y as well.
The lube is clear and feels relatively slick when you rub it between your fingers, if a bit thin. It's not RUNNY, per se, and it stays put better than most silicone lubricants, but it's definitely not as thick as Maximus, and it doesn't stay put for long. It goes from slick to slightly sticky after about 10 minutes, but cutting it with spit, water, or more lube fixes that issue. Moist lubricant absorbs in to porous things, like skin and certain toys, but unlike most water-based lubricants, it leaves a thin layer of residue on your skin.
My major issue with this lube is that when it's slick, it's TOO slick. I used a drop that was maybe half the size of a pea, and when I rolled on to my stomach and tried to masturbate by adding pressure, I couldn't even get my palms in place! I can't imagine how slippery this would make a shaved vulva; I actually had to wipe some of it off with a towel to get the friction back.
That being said, this is not an awful lube. Yes, you have to reapply it every 10 minutes, yes, it tastes awful, and yes, you'll want to take a shower when it's all said and done. But it's a decent lubricant for the price, and while it's not something I'll ever buy with my own money, I can see it working well for patient couples or for a quick play session with toys.

Experience
If you ask me, one of the selling points of water-based lubricants is that they absorb, so you don't have to run to the shower after you use it. I really hated that Moist didn't absorb completely! It does wash off with water the way water-based lubricants should, however.
Also, I have to give this lube props for being so...erm..."spreadable." It's easy to use a whole bottle of thicker water-based lubricants, since they tend to need reapplication but don't "spread out" as well. A drop of Moist will be more than enough for the first 10 minutes of a play session, and since you use the same tiny amount each time you reapply, it's no big deal. I used a lubette for three separate play sessions, and it was still half full when I finally decided to just throw it out.
I tried this lube out on a realistic vibrator, and I think it would do nicely for a quick handjob or titfucking, since it is super-slick and the aforementioned activities rarely last for more than 10 minutes. Just make sure you keep your mouth away from the area once it's been lubed up, because Moist personal lubricant tastes VILE.

For real. I could probably lube up the hinges of a car with this shit, it's so slippery...at least, it'd work for the first 10 minutes.
