It is used just like any other lube, and it is water based, which is a big plus. It is marketed to be more for men and to be used as an anal lube. It is supposed to make the prostate more receptive to stimulation. Also, it is good for the penis, because it is supposed to draw blood to the area. However, my favorite part about this lube is the warming sensation it gives.

It goes on right where you want it and doesn't run which is pretty nice. It is smooth in texture, and also kind of thick, but not too thick. As it is water based, it doesn't last as long as I would like.

It doesn't have an aroma, and I don't think this lube is to be swallowed since it effects drawing blood to places.

Overall the performance was great. I used this with all of my toys from Fleshlights and the Cobra, to my Billy and my glass prostate massager. I didn't notice too much difference with the Fleshlight and Cobra besides the nice warming effect, but that goes away after a few moments. With my Billy and glass prostate massager is where this lube shined. The feeling when using it with Billy was pretty great and because it is water based, but slightly thicker, it made Billy easier to insert and use. With my Glass massager I was able to have a prostate orgasm. I am not saying that the lube is to thank, but it was only the second anal orgasm I have had.

I think this is a pretty nice lube but, honestly, the price is too much. I have only used a couple different kinds of lube, but I am sure there is better for cheaper. To me the only thing that sets this apart, that I could actually notice, is the warming. I can't really say if the drawing blood to the prostate helps in pleasure, but I can say that it defiantly feels better anally than in my Fleshlight type toys. So I will let you be the judge if it is worth it for you, but for the price and the size of the bottle you get it's kind of unfair.
