Loud Bottle; Quiet, Smooth Ride
While anal lubes in general aren't particularly exciting, this one gets the job done and "just works". Take care not to move the lubed item (or body part) too quickly.

Pros
The twisty-cap means it's that much harder to spill it everywhere.
Cons
The black label must be peeled off or cut in order to open the bottle.
Doc's Anal Lube is a syrupy concoction purported to ease the introduction of foreign objects into the rear-firing waste duct. It's somewhat tacky to the touch. After plumbing the bowels with this lubricant, I would assert that it works--just don't try moving extremely fast.
The cap itself twists around for a simple locking seal, and the bottle itself is a squeeze bottle. This is a good thing, as I'm not sure how long it would take for the stuff to flow on its own. Remember this when there's just a little left in the bottle. The label in the picture actually seals the cap in place and must be removed, which leaves the bottle itself plain and unobtrusive.
The goo itself is (to my nose) odorless and claims to be tasteless (I did not test this). It tends to remain on whatever surface it has been poured onto and/or rubbed into.
To test the lube, I first subjected myself to the finger test, which consisted of my lovely assistant's dainty hands lubing up the anus and pressing past the sphincter. The lube let the probe in easily and with a minimum of pain. So far, so good. Following that came the King Pin dildo test. The King Pin, being a jelly-like toy, has a tacky feel of its own which I had hoped would have been negated by the application of the lube. End result: success!
Something to note, the lube itself is not extremely slick and seems to have been made with an eye towards keeping a modicum of slickness for a long time instead of maximum slickness. I would recommend this lube particularly for toys (being water-based with some glycerin, it should be safe for most) that don’t involve vigorous movement in and out of the anus. [Editor's note: the last indgredient in this lube is silicone, so we recommend testing on toys containing silicone before use.]

Yea, this lube isn't actually water-based. You thing it wouldn't hold up to more rapid motion?
