Just What The Doctor Ordered For The Love Stick!

The Dr. Flynt's love slick H20 is a water based lubricant from HUSTLER toys.

Water based lubricant is compatible with condoms and any toy material out there. The water based lubricant is not really meant for use in the shower because it will just rinse off.

I used this lube both for vaginal sex and for masturbation. This lube would probably not stand up for anal sex/play because of it's thinness and it doesn't stay in one place.

The lube worked better during masturbation rather than vaginal sex. The lube lasted longer and didn't become as sticky as quickly as it did during sex.

The lube contains glycerine which many people have a sensitivity to. If you have a glycerine sensitivity use caution.

The label on this lube states that it's for topical use only, which is a bit confusing, considering it's a personal lubricant. I only saw the statement after using the lube internally. I did not have any adverse reaction to this lubricant.

The ingredients are listed as: Water, Propylene Glycol, Glycerine, Tocopheryl Acetate (Vitamin E), Aloe, Barbadensis Leaf Juice, Cellulose Gum, Hydroxyethylcellulose, Tetrasodium EDTA, citric Acid, Potassium Sorbate, Sodium Benzoate.

The viscosity of this lube is really thin, I would say it is similar to olive oil. When you flip open the lid, make sure it is pointing up and not down. If the lid is pointing down, lube will gush out and you will end up with a mess. The bottle is easy to squeeze, though squeezing is really unnecessary in this case.

The lube is really runny. It doesn't stay where you put it, which means you may end up reapplying. Adding more lube only created a mess.

Once the lube dries completely, it feels about as sticky as Elmer's glue. It dries glossy and started to make my skin itch. I would recommend removing the lube with water once you are finished rather than allowing it to dry on it's own. Once I washed the lube off with water, the itching stopped.

The lube is water based which means it does have the tendency to get sticky as it dries out and the water evaporates. The lube is not compatible with sex in the shower or water, because it will just rinse right off.

The lube has a smell that is a combination of sweet, rubbing alcohol, and aloe. It's not over powering out of the bottle and is barely noticeable.

The taste is unpleasant, and is not a good lube for oral sex. It tastes bitter, medicinal, and made me gag a little bit.

The smell and taste disappear when you remove the lube using water.

The lube lasted longer than I anticipated and gave me 20 minutes before needing to reapply. Reapplication does create a sticky runny mess so use discretion.

The lube does not stain any clothing, sheets, or other materials. It is safe for all types of toys.

Clean up is simple with only water needed.

I like the sleekness of the bottle itself and the one handed opening. I wish that the lube was a bit thicker and didn't pour so easily out of the container.

The bottle was shipped to me in a plain plastic bag that was tied shut. I assume EF did this to prevent any leaking all over the rest of my order.

The six ounce bottle of Dr. Flynt's Love Slick stands up at 6 3/4" tall and measures 3" at it's widest point on the very top.

The bottle is sleek and attractive. It is a white bottle with a black cap. The Font is clean and clear and is in both black and lavender.

The lube sits with the cap end down. The lube does not topple over when it is placed this way, and it ensures that your lube all moves towards the cap so there is no waste.

The black cap flips open with just, and has a stopper in the top of the cap to prevent leaking while standing up.

The back of the bottle has directions as follows: Love Slick is intended for topical use only. Apply a small amount of lubricant to the area you desire to moisten. Use more as needed. Easily washes away with a mild soap and warm water.

The bottle has a statement that there has been no animal testing.

This isn't the worst water based lubricant I've ever encountered, but there are a lot better products out there. I really like the HUSTLER brand, so I wanted to give this a try but it didn't meet my expectations.

I expected this lube to be multipurpose and good for all types of sex, but because of the taste, it isn't going to be good for oral sex. The thin, runny consistency means that it won't stay put or be thick enough for anal sex. I used it for vaginal sex, and the friction seemed to encourage the lube to get tacky faster. My most successful encounter with this lube has been for masturbation. The lube doesn't seem to get as sticky as fast for some reason.

I wouldn't purchase this lubricant again with all of the other choices available on the market.
