I've used a ton of different lubes throughout the years and at any given point, it will be Astroglide you will most often find in my bedside stand. I've switched it up time and again with "his and hers", extra sensitive, flavored, anal, etc., but I always seem to come back to Astroglide.

It works great during long sex sessions when my body can't keep up. I love it for anal (and I tend to use a LOT of lube during anal) because it doesn't dry out like some others that I've used and it doesn't get too sticky. If it does, I've found adding a bit of water really helps out (since Astroglide is water-based). I use it with toys, specifically butt plugs, and it makes insertion so much easier.

It feels silky and I don't notice that we are using lube during sex (some of thicker lubes I notice during vaginal sex due to their consistency). Also, after sex, I don't feel overly messy, even if my husband pours it over me (sometimes we get a little sloppy *wink* ). It doesn't taste fantastic but if we've been playing for a while before I go down on him, I barely notice it. My husband hasn't complained at about it, so I doubt he's ever even noticed it.

It cleans easily and if I end up using too much, I can easily just wipe it off with a towel and it leaves no residue or mess. If we are using it at night, I can't even tell I've used it in the morning as I'm not sticky or stiff or anything, which is really nice. I've used lubes in the past that make me want to shower as soon as the sex is done.

All in all, it's a good lube and it's safe to use with condoms, which is always a plus!

Well... It's Astroglide. I've been using it for years. It's still what you'll find in my bedside stand. After all, if it's not broke, don't fix it.
