These Mood arousal gels come in three great flavors: mint, strawberry and spicy cinnamon! The gel itself is fairly thick, but it's great for using it everywhere on your body. It's a great product to try using on your nipples for some stimulation, or even better, for clitoral stimulation while your partner works on you orally. I personally found the spicy cinnamon to be too intense for me, so I highly recommend not using that one if you have very sensitive skin. But go ahead and give it a try; you can always wash it off in the shower.

Each gel lasts a different length of time. The strawberry (warming) one lasted just a few minutes for me, because all it did was warm up when applied, it but quickly faded. The mint one (tingling) was very nice and overall it was my favorite, because it lasted around 25 minutes for me. At first it was not very powerful, but do not fear, it does get stronger and it lasts a fair amount of time before it starts to fade. And finally there is the spicy cinnamon (intensify), which lasted longer than the tingling, but I found it to be too intense for me. Be careful of that one if you find that your body is sensitive.
