Good Head comes in Cinnamon and Passion Fruit flavors. We have used the Cinnamon flavor. It tastes great, and has no bad after taste. This lubricant is water-based, so it can be used with many different materials, including most Silicone ones. It is water-based, yet has a slightly gel consistency. Good Head contains DI water, Glycerin, Cellulose gum, natural and artificial flavors, Vaccinium Augustifolium (bluberry) fruit extract, Fragaria Chiloensis (strawberry) fruit extract, Rubus Idaeus (raspberry) fruit extract, Butylene Glycol, Ethanol, Diazolidinyl Urea, Sodium Benzoate, Potassium Sorbate, Sodium Saccharine, Citric acid, FD & C red # 40.

To use Good Head, just dab a small amount ( a little goes a long way) onto your tongue, and then go after your partner! Again, it can actually be used on a girl or guy. The tingling sensation works for either gender. However, I think my husband appreciates the felling more than me, I'm just not into "tingles" very much.
