I was looking for a new, water-based lubricant for general use in all kinds of sex play. I do not usually require any lube for vaginal intercourse, so that was not a concern, but there was definitely going to be a lot of hand use, so I wanted something that would not dry out too quickly or end up overly sticky. (Stroking a cock when lube gets sticky just isn't any fun for anyone involved!) More than one person recommended JO H20.

So far, I have used the lube primarily for hand jobs and anal. It works very well for both, on skin and with toys. (I have not yet tried the JO H20 made specifically for anal, so I don`t know if there is a difference in usage.) It's very slick and has a nice silky feel. As with any water-based lube, it does dry out, but it takes a while before that happens, and I mean a while...there was at least 30 or 40 minutes of stroking before it happened. There is only a slight stickiness as it dries, which is better than other brands I've tried. Having a small cup of water nearby is recommended to easily "reactivate" the wetness without having to actually use more of the lube.

A little goes a very long way with this lube. Playing for a couple of hours required only a nickel-sized dollop in total. The 4.5 oz bottle is going to last a long time. Unlike some lubes, this one does not have a noticeable scent or taste. It did not cause any kind of skin irritation or react badly with the toys I used. It is a relatively thin consistency, so if you like your lube on the thicker side, it is not really the one for you. It does have a very smooth feel though, and clean-up is not much of an issue, since it's water-based.
