Eco-friendly, very thick
It does fulfill its claims of being good for healing and moisturizing, but the statements of it being slick and non-sticky are far from the truth. Technically it can be used as a massage lotion, but I wouldn't do that because it just looks pretty gross. If you can get passed how it looks and how sticky it gets, go for it. But there are organic lubes with the same ingredients and properties that are much less sticky and don't remind you of a sneeze when you have the flu.

This product is, as advertised, completely organic and has very body safe ingredients. The aloe vera is great for moisturizing, which is something that tends to be forgotten when it comes to this. Obviously lube is used to make sex more fun and to aid in wetness, but that's not what I mean by moisturizing.
Aloe is great as a moisturizer for the walls of the vagina. Sometimes the vagina can sustain small internal micro tears in the skin surface. Using an organic lube like this can help nourish that skin and heal any small damages. It also has a mildly cooling feel. It isn't specifically a cooling lube, but aloe vera feels like that on it's own anyway. It also has acai-berry in it, which is good as both a moisturizer and an anti-oxidant.
This is also an eco-friendly lubricant, so for those of you who are concerned about environmental impact, no worries here!
However, despite its organic and eco-friendliness, I wouldn't recommend this for someone who has sensitivities. Organic doesn't necessarily mean hypoallergenic. If you have an allergy to either aloe or acai berry, do not use this lube.
Another downside is while it makes claims of long-lasting and smooth feel, unfortunately, it is anything but. The consistency is probably the thickest I've ever seen with a water-based lube (I've used creams that were less thick than this lube), and it does get sticky very quickly. Because it is made of mostly organic aloe, it bears an unfortunate resemblance to what you might blow into a tissue when you have a cold. I was reminded of snot. Which is terribly unsexy. The stickiness didn't help.
Altogether, this lube can help you go "green" in your sex life, ease your worries about ingredients, and help your skin internally, but its appearance and consistency can be a big turnoff.

Experience
I currently work at an adult boutique that carries this product. A post-menopause woman came in, looking for moisturizing lubes. She looked at it, and asked about it, noticing it was organic. I told her that the aloe is good for dryness, and helpful for women who are going through, or have gone through, menopause. However, I did warn her that it is very thick. She still wanted to check it out, so I got a paper towel and squeezed a bit of it on to the towel.
The look on her face was less than thrilled. She touched it, and rubbed it between her fingers for a few seconds, before wiping them off on the towel again. We looked at each other, and sort of had a moment of "I know what you're thinking…ew." She started to laugh a little, and I told her that it's kind of hard to sell the lube because of its resemblance to snot. She thought that was hilarious. I told her the product is actually of decent quality, it IS good for its moisturizing properties, and if she could get passed the consistency, it isn't a bad lube for fitting her needs. She thanked me for the information, and the laugh, but she ended up going with a different lube.
