Gun Oil is the only lubricant I will use! Let me begin by saying that the name alone is incredibly sexy to me. As the back of the bottle says, the idea for such a product came from Marines during Desert Storm deployment. Soldiers used actual gun oil as personal lubricant and thus, the name and concept for high medical grade silicone based lubricant was created. The bottle is made of plastic and resembles amber medicine bottles with a bullet riddled label on the front that reminds you to "play safe".

Gun Oil is a silicone lubricant that does not contain any actual "oil". I am extremely sensitive to silicone lubricants for the most part therfore, I shuttered after the first time we used it as I did not know it was silicone based. However, to my surprise and extreme pleasure, I had NO problems with this lube. There is absolutely no fragrance and it is labeled as being hypoallergenic. It contains vitamin E as well as Aloe Vera which acts as a natural moisturizer. The consistency is fairly thin, so be careful when pouring it out in the dark. It does not stain your sheets or clothing like some lubes can.

The price for this lube is a bit more than water based lubricants, but it is worth every penny. It is the slipperiest stuff on earth!!! Not only is it extremely slick, it also lasts for a very long time and a little bit goes a long way. Be mindful of what type of toys you use silicone lubricant with and be sure to wash your toys completely after using them with this or any lubricant. It does wash away easily with mild soap and water. There is absolutely no sticky residue or gritty feeling after it dries.

This lubricant is so great, you can use it for anal sex as well. I was amazed when my husband slid right in with only the smallest amount of Gun Oil. It also feels great when used for massages! Hands down, the best lubricant I have EVER used and that is saying a lot!

The only issue I have with it is that the bottle gets really slippery. It would be nice if it had some little grippy spots or a differently shaped bottle, because boy can that sucker fly!
