Back to Basics
This is a pretty good starter lube or something to pick up in a pinch at a drugstore, but its quality can't match more specialized or refined lubricants.

Pros
Inexpensive, Slick while it lasts
Cons
Chemicals, Gunks up, Runny, Messy
This stuff was some of the first lube I bought back in the day; it's cheap, it's light, and it flows. But it's a perfect start for anyone looking for something to act as an old standby when the more expensive fares are out of reach. It's tempting at its price point and shouldn't really disappoint you as long as you're not expecting it to hold up against its fancier competitors.
It's very smooth and quite liquidy; it spreads out quite a bit too and it's best to start with a little and add more as your activity progresses, because of its runniness.
The Wet gel is water-based so you can use it with toys without any problems, and it makes for perfectly moist vaginal sex. It's a little runny for anal, as many water based lubes tend to be. The ingredient list contains some chemicals and looks a little worrying; I'd prefer something more natural but this does in a pinch and as long as you don't use it too often I don't see how it could harm you. It contains both parabens and glycerin which are quickly becoming antiquated in the lube industry for their possible effect on safety, from my understanding. But I have not problems personally from them. As with most water-based lubes it's condom safe.
The lube smells sugary. Like it would be sweet but it tastes like soapy water. It thickens up after prolonged use but it's super easy to clean off with warm water from skin, though I did not test it on a toy.
One of the larger sizes should last a couple quite a while even though you have to use a lot, relative to other lubes. That's one of the major drawbacks with this product other than the questionable ingredients: it dries up pretty fast, even for a water-based lube. It does dribble when you open the lid and it's pretty hard to keep the bottle from getting slippery once it has been opened. This can make using it in the heat of the moment frustrating.
As long as it stays slick this lube is perfectly adequate if not special.

I've been using this stuff for solo play and it's actually alright. I wouldn't use it for sex because it dries up too fast and it's messy.

Does it slick up again if a little water is added after it thickens up? I have used Wet, but it has been a long time, but I remember not being too impressed. Thank you for the review.
