Astroglide X silicone lubricant reviews

The simple facts that it's hard to get off and the consistent need to reapply this product make this completely not worth it.

I first tried this lubricant as a freebie that came with with a normal bottle of Astroglide. The folks at BioFilm, Inc. definitely earned a reliable customer ever since. Water-based lubes still hold the trump card when it comes to cleaning up afterward, but when it's time for some heavy-duty play, Astroglide X is my lube of choice.

I think this is an acceptable product, but nothing amazing jumps out about it. The price is acceptable, but you might get a larger volume for the same cost in another product.

I thought I might be taking a gamble when I first purchased this item; however it has more than proven itself. This lube is a great value, and performs much better than I expected given the brand. It lasts as long as needed. The only downside I can see is that it takes soap and water to remove it, but that is to be expected with a silicone lube.

The best lubricant we have ever used. So worth the money you spend on it. Best thing a friend could suggest to me. So I'm suggesting it to you all. I hope you all enjoy it as much as we have.

There is nothing that exciting or a "wow" factor. It's lube. Not anything special. It does last for a long time and does not need to be reapplied. It can get a bit messy and seems to stain sheets for a couple washes at least. I would recommend it if you're looking for a silicone based lube for shower sex or if you do not want to keep reapplying water based lube.

This item is worth trying. It's my go-to lubricant and I would buy it again in a heartbeat. Fantastic silicone lubricant!

I was really frustrated that this just felt so *gross*. It was disgusting and uncomfortable and when I decided I'd had enough it wouldn't even come off.

Astroglide X is by far the top intimate moisturizer for our needs. It feels good, provides great frictionless activity and is long lasting. It has never failed us. Silicone based, no glycerine, making it safe for use with latex toys and latex condoms. A tad more expensive than other lubes, including the other Astroglide lubes, but is worth shelling out your hard earned $$$--a little bit goes a long way and does not need reapplication at those pivotal moments.

Astroglide X just can't hold up to two lube sluts at all. It just isn't as strong as a silicone based lube should be. Feels more like a light water based lube than anything. Just not worth the money at all.

Astroglide stepped up by making a silicone based lubricant, but perhaps, they jumped the gun too soon. Their simple, two ingredient formula, just doesn't cut it compared to the other silcione lubricants on he market. The feel is far from luxurious.

If you are looking for a lube to take to the shower (and really, if your looking at silicone, chances are you want to get wet) look towards a brand that has been in the silicone game for longer. I personally recommend any Eros, Titanium, or Gun Oil.

Because it's silky smooth, slippery as ice, long lasting, and marginally safe, I feel like I can recommend this product without grief. It works as it should and works better than you expect it will. Lube is often over looked and bought without thought, but this one should be admired.

While having a readily available silicone lube is attractive, Astroglide X disappoints. I found it too thick, sticky, and cloying to enjoy, and required too much reapplication that I shouldn't have to deal with in a silicone lube.

This was definitely a five star lubricant for me to add to my collection, and I recommend adding it to yours as well. From the 2.5 ounce bottle that I received from Eden, this lubricant will last forever. I might never need more! A little really goes a long way. It's got many pluses that make the lube desirable for couples and soloists, including it's silky smooth texture. Even better, it's odorless, tasteless, non-irritating, and latex safe as well.
