Astroglide - Not Quite the Ass-troglide I Had in Mind
Astroglide is a cheap lubricant, and you get what you pay for. It doesn't really work that well, tastes terrible, and gets everything sticky.

Astroglide is a relatively affordable, water-based lubricant. Like everything else, it has pros and cons. Unfortunately, it's more cons than pros for me. First, let me just say, I like the silkiness of the product, during some acts, that silkiness quickly melts away and you're left with a slimy, wet mess, that turns into a sticky mess in no time. That stickiness leads to mad friction, which ultimately leaves the user feeling raw and uncomfortable.
It started with my husband, of course. We wanted to test new waters, and to do so we needed new lubricant. Astroglide was on sale at the local sex shop. We brought it home, and decided that it wasn't that great for what we were doing, namely, anal sex, it dries far too quickly, and maybe I'm sensitive, but it's my tush! With regular vaginal sex, we were in the same boat. It worked well, but dried too quickly, and we had to reapply so often, it was very annoying. Oral sex is impossible with this product. It tastes awful and made my mouth feel numb!
I decided I would try using it for masturbation. It works a little better. Actually, if you're already a little warmed up, and maybe a little moist, it works pretty well for the most part. Of course, when you're finished, you have to take a shower, otherwise you're left with a sticky downstairs, and that's pretty uncomfortable.
Another thing I noticed, and this might be a mild allergic reaction, Astroglide makes my genitals feel a little tingly, but in a good way. I guess my advice for use would be, expose it to air as little as humanly possible, otherwise, it will get sticky. I once got a sample for Astroglide's all natural lubricant, it's like night and day! I suggest using it instead!
