Astro Glob Au Naturale

Just because Astroglide and Trojan products are more widely advertised, it does not make them better lubes than less advertised products like J.O. and Sliquid. But, this is a pretty good bottle of lube. I like the ingredients a lot. Chamomile? Leaf Juice? Works for me.

extremely useful review
This is so much like regular Astroglide, it's just made of more natural ingredients. I like that this comes in a more natural looking packaging (it is brown like a paper bag, with the Astroglide logo on it and the item's short description). Makes me more or less want to recycle the paper box and the bottle as well.

But aside from that, let's see. Like normal Astroglide this does tend to get sticky after use and after its dried more onto the skin. It works well as a common lubricant but I still prefer J.O. and Sliquid as my two absolute favourite lubes. This is easy to find and at most drugstores and supermarkets. Not sure why Sliquid and J.O. arent more commonly available, but I suppose its because Astroglide is advertised more often, as well as Trojan. Astroglide and Trojan are the two most recognized brands, but this doesnt make them the only available brands, and surely not the best.

This doesnt have a taste aside from straight glycerin, like yucky watery jello. But then again its not intended for edible use or eating/drinking.

My body didnt have any adverse reactions, that's good.

This can be used anally, but isn't labelled as anal lube. It's more commonly used as vaginal lubricant methinks.

Ingredients are as follows, and let me know if you think they differ greatly from regular Astroglide.

Purified Water, Xylitol (also in gum I think), Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Juice, Potassium ascorbyl tocopheryl phosphate (Vitamins C & E), Pectin, Anthemis Nobilis Flower Abstract (Chamomile), Hydroxyethylcellulose, Phenoxyethanol

Some of the ingredients stand out to me as interesting things to put in a lube. And Im thinking, meh, that's cool. Good job on that one, Astroglide. Thanks for 2.5 ounces of a more naturally made lube. Good try on that. Im glad I tried it. Not too bad, I suppose. Three stars, four stars maybe.

EF declined my follow up review - What the hell, EF? Well you know what, I still got points!!! Ha! And here it is anyway! In your face, EF.

"It's hard to believe that I still have this very same bottle in my lube and sex toy collection, and that it's still usable to this day. It's still a staple and still doing what it does best. I still have about half a bottle left. Of course that's also because I have a pretty good assortment of lubricants. But this stuff has lasted longer than I thought it would!"
