A great lubricant for the extra sensitive
Astroglide's glycerin & paraben free lube is water based, and great for those who are sensitive to other lubricants. However, some may prefer a thicker consistency with more staying power.

Astroglide's glycerin & paraben free lube is a water-based lubricant that is perfect for sensitive individuals. As a water-based lubricant, it is also safe for use with silicone toys. It comes in the generic Astroglide bottle with a green cap. The small size of this bottle closes securely – we have never had issue with leakage with either this or the original Astroglide. It makes it a great choice for storing in a bedside drawer.
We do not use lube regularly, and at times we'll use something different. You don't need a lot of this and, as a result, a bottle lasts quite a while for us. The consistency of this lubricant is on the thinner side. It does seem to dry out a bit quickly. Since I tend to just need something to get going, that works for me and is not generally something I notice. If you are using this in places which don’t produce their own natural lubricant, there are probably better choices out there. There is no really noticeable scent to this. It does not taste great, but I find that most lubes do not unless they’re designed specifically to do so. If you want strawberry flavored lubricant, buy strawberry flavored lubricant.
I actually picked this one up by accident, but once we started using this as our standard go-to lubricant, I noticed a decrease in urinary tract infections. I’m not sure if that is related to using this lubricant rather than the regular Astroglide formula or not. Although I am not prone to yeast infection, this would also be a great choice for those who are.
Overall, I really like Astroglide’s glycerin & paraben free formula, but some people may prefer something with more staying power and a thicker consistency. It really just depends on your individual needs and preferences.
