This strap is for aiding in doggy style positioning in the shower or aiding in doggy style positioning in general. I've tried this on a bed and in the tub, and it preformed well in both circumstances. It helped my partner with leverage in the doggy style position, however the bath time application of this toy seems questionable in most circumstances and particularly inappropriate for a lesbian couple.
