This is a great little purse holder/hook. It's great for keeping your purse, bag, etc., off the floor, allowing them to stay clean as well as safe. It's fantastic for a night out, too. It comes with a nice little bag it fits into perfectly. You curl the hook portion around the base. It's very easy to close-up this way and it doesn't come undone on its own. To store, just put it into the bag that it comes with, draw the drawstrings together to close the bag, and slip it in your bag. It weighs very little, so it won't add to the bulk of your bag.

The bottom portion that makes contact with the surface on which you are using it has a non-slick surface to ensure it doesn't just slide off and send your bag clattering to the ground. It's great since most tables and other surfaces on which you may use it tend to have a slick surface. Despite the immense weight of my purse, this purse hook did not fail. It held true and didn't slide on the tabletop, even when bumped.

The construction of this purse hook is good. It's well made, and I suspect will hold up to much (ab)use. It doesn't look cheap, either. As long as you are fine with it showing the logo for a toy company, it's a great piece. It's incredibly convenient, well made, and adds a lot of security. Aside from being able to keep your bag from getting dirty from sitting on the floor, it also allows you to have it in perfect view/reach at all times. No more worrying about someone trying to take it while it's on the floor when you aren't paying enough attention! It's great for a night out when you need to have your stuff but you don't want to have to be constantly watching it all night long. Just pull out the purse hook, slip your bag onto it, and put it between yourself and the table you are sitting at or even the counter you are standing at. With your purse secure, you can feel more free to have a good time.
