I use this foot rest about 75% of the time as a way to make it easier to shave my legs. Of course, it's marketed as a way to make shower sex more enjoyable and I do like it for that purpose. I just personally have less sex in the shower and more leg shaving in the shower.

As an aid in positioning during soapy shower sex, I found it required some experimenting. At one point, after I had it attached firmly (or so I thought) and my partner and I were mid-coitus, the foot rest started sliding down the shower wall. Obviously this was a less than optimal time for it to fail. We tried several things to make it regain its staying power and after a good ten minutes (can you say mood kill?) I figured out that the wall needed to be dried off completely before it would go back to being able to bear weight. Good to know for next time. The problem is that you don't always know exactly what position you might want it in, depending on what kind of freak you're getting on. So being able to adjust it without drying off the wall would be easier.

I've found a good position for it to live in on my shower wall so that when I shave my legs I find it much easier to see what I'm doing, maintain balance, and be in a comfortable position. I've never had it fail while I'm shaving my legs.

I love that if there are questions from little people about what it's for I can easily just say it makes it easier to shave my legs. No need to hide it away in a toy bag.

The material is plastic and should be cared for in the course of cleaning your shower. I've had no issues with keeping it clean and tend to just use multi-purpose spray on it with great results.

When I've used this footrest while getting steamy with a partner I've added toys into the mix as well. It's easier to use anal toys when access to all the right spots is increased. I've found it quite possible for double penetration (say a cock in the pussy and a toy in the ass) when using the foot rest. These activities are a bit more awkward when you're standing in a small shower stall together and you have to maneuver yourself to an optimal position. Having a sturdy place to put a leg makes it more likely that the bathroom will have the chance to get very steamy during a long shower.
