This was our first ever sex positioner. I was really excited to try this limited addition item. Quite frankly, I'm sad that it is no longer sold.

It came sealed in a clear plastic bag, with a tag tacked to the velvish and polyester covers. The Heart Wedge is shaped like a heart. It’s approximately eighteen inches wide at its widest end, and twelve and a half inches long. As well as 7 inches thick at its widest point. It tapers down to make positioning easy.
The tag left a bit of a hole in the waterproof cover. It really was in a bad spot. When it's not in use it makes an extremely cute decoration pillow.

The outside is an extremely soft velvish material. It is extremely durable and strong. It has definitely held up. There is also an inner polyester layer which zips up to keep moisture outside. The core is made of Liberator’s Champagne Foam, which is a furniture-grade polyurethane foam that feels closer to memory foam in quality than the foam you find in your couch cushions. Personally, I found that it did squish a bit too much.

I may be petite, but my hips are 38 inches wide, so they hang off the sides quite a bit. The vast majority of my hips and back are supported well, though. It didn't exactly interfere with anything. Maybe just my self-esteem.

The heart wedge is great and I do love it.
