Silicone is superior
I can't think of any sleeve I've used that is better than this. It works excellently for wet pumping. Silicone is easy to clean and maintain.

Pros
silicone, tight fit, excellent seal
Cons
pressure cannot be relieved from the sleeve
This sleeve is very thin. Its design has been made thin walled due to the silicone material. It has no smell whatsoever. Its design provides an exceptional seal for almost any size. The sleeve graduates into the cross shaped entrance which provides the best seal I've ever seen. The stretch is a bit harder than you'd expect for the material. It's stretchy, but very taut as well.
Installation is simple. Sliding it onto the pump tube is easy enough when you turn it inside out. It sticks to the plastic tube very well and I did not see any slip at all. This sleeve works very well for wet or dry pumping. Lube is required, as the dry surface has a lot of friction. Using this without lube would most definitely hurt. When pumped, the lack of stretchiness helps keep the seal. The seal band is thinner and harder against the shaft than other softer seals. Releasing pressure must be from the top of the tube because of the very tight fit on the tube. It would be difficult to remove the sleeve in a hurry.
Wet pumping works very well with this sleeve. Filling the tube with water and your pump handle submerged to force more water in. The water drawn into your skin providing plumpness too. Dry pumping is just as you'd expect, but with a better seal. This will not draw air inside unless it's overly lubed up. In that case, a simple paper towel or cloth will take care of it.
Cleaning is just as easy as you'd expect. Remove the sleeve and clean with simple dish soap. It's dishwasher safe and you could potentially boil it too because it's made of pure silicone. I don't believe either of those is necessary. For those who care, the sleeve can be used on many types of pumps.

I had no clue what this item was for. Had to go to the UPS page to see. Very well wet or dry pumping, but needs lube ?
