I love that this makes it a lot easier to get on top for able-bodied people and also some disabled people. One thing not pictured and I wasn’t expecting was a platform to put under the sex stool to put your toys on if you are alone or want to put on a show or even with bondage. I used this, and the handle makes it so easy to get myself up when I had many problems with it before, such as muscle weakness and pain. There are sadly no instructions to put it together, but it was still easy to figure out and put together; I’ve never put something together that fast before. Also, to note, the handle is very sturdy and can easily handle my weight, as I’m plus-size.
