Much bigger and better than we expected!!
Not a bad shape at all for some pushin', and we absolutely love that you can inflate and deflate in just a few minutes for easy storage (or taking with you on a trip).

Pros
Great shape, comfortable, deflates for easy storage
Cons
Not much
Though it's not really fair, our expectation was to compare this to our Liberator gear that gets plenty of use. And to also be fair, I honestly thought that this would be about comparable to the Liberator wedge (which is not very big) but inflatable and making it perfect for travel. Well, as soon as it came out of the box we immediately knew that our preconceived notions about the Pushin Cushin were all wrong!
Open the package (covered front and back with some great graphics) and you'll find two more packages: one contains the pieces of the pump, and the other is the cushion (sorry, I couldn't keep spelling it wrong the way the package is labeled) wrapped in its own bag (sadly, not really reusable). Unwrap each, and you'll find the same pump that seems to come in any cheap inflatable these days. Spread the cushion out flat on the floor and on the thicker end you'll find a zippered opening that covers the valve (hey, just like any inflatable toy for a pool, etc.), and attach the foot pump in to the valve. Pump away! It probably took us about 5 minutes of pumping (maybe a little less) before being completely full. I'll say that the instructions warn about over-filling, but we basically went to the point that it was pretty firm. Then comes the age old quick pulling of the pump and inserting the cover of the valve. Push the valve in, then zip up the cover. BAM! Inflatable sex furniture!
So it's about the size and shape of the Liberator ramp, though the corners are much more rounded and the sides stick out (part of being an inflatable). The material is flocked, so it's fairly comfortable... enough so that I don't worry about it giving a rug burn or sticking to your skin. Honestly, the only issue I had was that the seams (being the welded plastic type) are a little harsh, though they really aren't in the way during use so I can't see them being that bad (though if they bug you, throw a towel sheet over the shape, which will also help keep it clean during incredibly messy use).
Weighing in at... oh yeah, it's air so it weighs almost nothing, and has a height of about 14" and the ramp portion is 34" long (a lot bigger than we expected). So how about use? Going with some of the suggested positions from the included guide, the cushion works great on your back, on your knees, with your ankles around your ears... it supports so many great positions.

I absolutely love this piece! Having inflated and deflated it several times, its usefulness (and functionality) is proving to be better with every use.
