The pillow arrived in a red box and see through panel. I would not leave the box out in the open if you want to be discreet, as it does have pictures of a vibrator, lube, condom and handcuffs on the side and says "keep your naughty surprise under wraps". There are 3 instruction panels on the side that say "open zipper, place your gift inside, close nearly invisible zipper"
Suggested uses for this pillow are for hiding jewelry, lotion, lubricants, condoms, gift cards, toys and naughty secrets.

When I first took the pillow out I immediately noticed it was a whole lot smaller than I was expecting, around 8"x9" and 3" thick empty. About the size of a large softcover book.
When trying different toys out, I noticed some of my longer glass toys did not fit without having to wrestle them in while trying to zip it up. Beware the insertable size is 8 inches from top to bottom and 9.5 inches diagonal.

The feathers seem quite sparse around the edge and are finding their way all over everything. A lint roller or light colored clothes are suggested if you are going to be around this pillow.

The red fabric on the pillow seems very cheap and not at all as soft, as I expected. The inside is made from polyester fiber batting and is covered in a nylon type material. There are only fabric descriptions for the inner filling on the tag.

It is not as discreet when filled, as they lead you to expect. There was a noticeable bulge when anything larger than a card was inserted.

It can not be used well as a pillow by its self, as it is very small and the feathers tickle your face and go up your nose. If there is something inside it becomes very lumpy and uncomfortable.

If you live in a community space with roommates it might be a cute way to hide some of your items for quick retrieval.

Given all above it is still very festive and cute.
