I am pleased by the quality and weight of this cock ring. It comes with a drawstring storage bag for when it's not in use. The edges are nicely rounded and smoothed. I cannot find a weld joint anywhere on the ring. It weighs in at just over 3 ounces. The grooves are only on the outside of the ring. They don't really add anything to the overall look. They are small and hard to see, but it's still nice to see something different than the standard, smooth finish on most cock rings in this price range.

The ring has a stainless steel outer finish. It will not rust from being put away wet, and you can wear it safely in the shower or hot tub. To clean, just wash with warm water and soap. Safe to use with any lube, it will not react to the different types.

The ring is 1/2 inch wide and about 1/4 inch thick. It comes in two sizes, 1 3/4" and 2". That is my only complaint about this cock ring. For me, a 2 inch ring is slightly too big. Not so big it slips off, but just not as tight as I would like. But the 1 3/4 inch ring is too tight. I need a 1 7/8" cock ring. There are not many products that offer a metal cock ring in a 1 7/8" option. Metal is not a "one size fits all" material, like silicone or rubber. Metal cock rings need to be offered in a size range from 1 1/5" to 2" or bigger. It is a shame that a beautiful cock ring such as this one cannot be sized to a better fit for each customer. I would like to see PHS International expand the sizes in the near future.

The Groove performed like my other metal cock rings. I warmed it up under some warm water and put it on. I could feel the weight right away. It gently tugged on my balls as it worked at keeping my penis harder and slightly larger than normal.

When it came time to clean up, it slid off without tugging at any hairs and causing me any pain. It was a slight chore getting it off, as stated above. It would be nice if my Groove was an 1/8" larger.

I still love this as much as I did on day one. It has held up with no signs of wear. The finish is as beautiful as the day I got it: no rust or flaking of any kind. I expect this to be in my sex drawer for many years to come.

If you dont already own a steel cock ring, go out and get yourself one. They are worth it. Trust me.
