The Doc Johnson Cushin is a great bedroom addition for couples wanting to create better angles for sexual positioning. It is great for laying on, bending over, and achieving other positions not possible without this angled pillow. But, we were hoping it would be great of Strap-on sex or pegging. Unfortunately, it requires a lot of tweaking to get the height right when attempting to use it for strap-on or pegging sex. Obviously one height setting will not fit all in regards to the female partner standing on the side of the bed preparing to peg her man. But, even when adding pillows or blankets under the pillow did not seem to fix the problem. The Cushin seemed a little unstable when placed on top of layers of blankets or pillows. In the end, we gave up on using this pillow for strap-on sex but loved it for regular sex.

The Cushin seems to be made of a thick material that is unlikely to pop from normal use. If your sex acts include lots of sharp implements, this might not be the toy for you. The polyester maroon colored cover is removable and so you can clean it a washing machine. The cover is soft to the touch and comfortable to lay on. I'd still recommend covering it with a blanket to keep it clean, but it is completely usable as is.
When properly inflated, the pillow is quite firm. Or you can leave out a little air to create a more cushing feeling.

There is no noticeable smell when using the Cushin.

The Cushin is great for creating angled positions. If you want to better aim for the G-spot during sex, this pillow will allow you to position your partner in such a way that will allow for better G-spot stimulation. Also, having your partner lay on the pillow with their back and head elevated makes it easier to be close enough to make out during sex without laying flat on the bed and smothering each other. Included with the packaging is a suggestion card for possible positions with drawings to help.

While this sex pillow did not revolutionize our sex positions, it did seem to enhance the sensations created during certain ones. Having your partner angled with their hips up does allow for better g-spot stimulation. And other positions seems to benefit (or at least be enhanced by the novelty of it all) when using the Cushin.

The polyester cover is completely removable and can be handwashed or washed in a washing machine on the handwash or gentle cycle. And the inflatable pillow can be deflated for storage. This will take a little bit of time to do, which is why we just leave ours inflated and ready to go.
