I wanted a way to keep all my goodies together and have them near my bed without being obvious. I purchased this case about a month ago, and I'm pretty thoroughly satisfied. I ordered purple, but when it arrived it looked a little on the pinkish side. I'm not opposed to pink but purple's my favorite color. It IS a little on the small side, but you can look at it positively; if you have a low to the ground bed frame, this will easily slip under the bed. It also fits neatly in a corner next to a nightstand. The customer pictures will give you a good idea of its actual size. I saw pictures showing the length and depth of the case when compared to a bottle of 20 oz. Pepsi, and another one with a diaper wipe box for size ratio.

My only other qualm with it (besides the very light pinkish color) is that one of the dials on my combination lock gets stiff around the higher numbers. Other than that, it is easy to set your own personal combination and change it, if needed. Overall, I'd say I'm 85 percent satisfied with this purchase. Also bear in mind my collection isn't that vast yet, so the case's capacity works perfectly for me. You might need to consider other storage options if you have a larger collection, and use this to keep a favorite toy within easy reach. If you have a partner, you can include this toy case in a game; put whatever toy you're going to use that night into it, lock it, and let your partner open it and be surprised.

Also, this could totally be used for non-toy items or toy accessories. It is very pretty, it has butterflies and a floral design on the outside. Be aware that if you cram it too full, the corners will not be flush against each other when the case shuts. This item would make a wonderful gift in general. If you know people who play card games, they could use this box to store playing cards as well (just an example).
