Beautifully designed and wondrously functional
I fell in love with the Devine Toy Box once I saw just how much it really can fit and I love that it fits so much without being a monstrous box that I have nowhere to store. It fits nicely on my nightstand while still holding quite a few of my toys. It also looks absolutely beautiful with the great contrast between the deep red crocodile print and the luscious black sides. It's just exquisite and I recommend this to anyone.

Pros
fits more than it looks like it will, gorgeous color, gorgeous design
Cons
nothing! Except maybe that I only have one, I'm already craving a second one for downstairs!
I was actually pleasantly surprised by the Devine Toy Box, actually this box has continued to surprise me a few times!
The first time was when I received the package containing my new Devine Toy Box. It looked way too small, I was thinking there was no possible way that the box sitting on my doorstep was going to contain something big enough to store my toy collection. When I opened the box at first I was a little surprised at the size of the Toy Box. I swear, no matter how many times I watch a video about a product or check out the real size I sometimes find myself totally shocked at the size. It didn't look like it was big enough to contain what I wanted it to contain.
Now, I have a lot of toys and I did not expect this to be big enough for all of them, I just wanted it to hold the stuff that I reach for most often but also wanted hidden. Let me explain a bit. I have children so I want all toys that look like sex toys hidden away. Massager type toys I can get away with leaving out since they can easily be passed off as back and body massagers. (They're still too young to realize that even an actual back massager can easily be perverted.) So those items I leave in my night stand drawer since they have pouches anyway. No, I wanted this Toy Box for the actual things that looked like sex toys. Insertable vibrators, bullets, butt plugs, stuff like that. I have quite a few of those I use on a rather steady basis, so I wanted something that could hold a lot of them.
This box didn't seem like it could do that. But, alas it can! It totally shocked me while I filled it. I would go to my dresser drawer and pick out a few and say "okay maybe these will all fit" and I'd bring them over to the box, put them in and discover I still had more room. I made three trips over from my drawer before it was actually filled. So, essentially the Toy Box held three times as much as I thought it would, pretty awesome!
The second way that the Toy Box surprised me was the color. I wasn't sure about the red crocodile print. But, I knew I wanted the crocodile since it's the smoothest and I felt would hold up the best, and so I decided to give the red a chance. It's actually a lot prettier than it looks in the pictures. Though Eden has fabulous photos this is one of those items where the pictures do not nearly do it justice. The red looks more like a deep crimson than it did on the site. It's like a blood red with hints of darkness around the crocodile print, it's very beautiful and it looks stunning on my nightstand. It is so beautiful it makes me want to redecorate my bedroom around it. (That's how it landed the space on my nightstand. It was supposed to go on the nightstand shelf but it is way too gorgeous to put down there! This box deserves a spot front and center!)
Not only is the color gorgeous, but also the craftmanship is just stunning. I love the way that the buckle folds down to keep it closed tightly even without a lock on it. I don't really see myself using the lock too often, my kids are respectful enough to not snoop in my stuff. If I was going on vacation and having a house sitter come to feed my cats and water my plants, therefore having someone in my home unsupervised, I would then use the lock, and as my kids get older I'm sure it'll eventually come in handy. The lock itself is also simplistic, very nice and doesn't take away from the look of the Toy Box.
The faux leather is gorgeous and just begs to be touched. As I write my review with my box sitting on my desk in front of me I can't help but stroke both the crocodile printed top and the smooth black sides. It's just very well made, very beautiful and I'm very glad that I purchased this particular one. The beautifulness doesn't end on the outside either. Inside you're met with black satin fabric lining both the lid and the box itself. There's also a strap that keeps the top from bending backwards too much. The box does not stay open on its own, if you let go of the top it will fall back down, but I guess that at least prevents it from accidentally being left wide open right?

Experience
So, I know I told you that it can fit quite a bit but I am sure you're wondering just what that means right? Well, let me give you a break down of what I have in my box.
1. Passion Bullets from Cal Ex (dual bullets with separate power pack)
2. Love from Cal Ex (small clitoral vibe)
3. Nomi Tang Getaway (long but slender vibe)
4. Lelo Liv (medium sized vibe)
5. Inked Glass Probe from Cal Ex (medium sized glass wand)
6. Crystal Wand from Cal Ex (slim but long bullet)
7. Pure from Evolved (medium-large vibe)
8. Lust from Evolved (medium-large vibe)
9. Desire from Evolved (medium-large vibe)
10. Vuali from SinFive (large-ish vibe)
11. Plug of Lust- Small (small butt plug)
12. Buddy from Vixen (small-ish plug)
13. Love Pacifier Beads from Cal Ex (medium-ish plug)
14: Small baggy of batteries
So, you can see that is quite a lot in this box that's only 5" wide and 9" long. The trick is to layer the toys since the box is also 5" high. To fit this many I do need to arrange them in a certain way, I can't just toss them all in. But if I layer the vibes with like shaped and like sized vibes they all fit and then I put the plugs all in the back since they're small and can pretty much stand on their end without being to tall. It can be done and it's still easy enough for me to pick the one I want out. I keep the ones I use most often on the top and it works out really well so far.
Also, the toys I keep in here are ones that can be near each other without causing issue. I don't keep any toys that would need pouches or boxes to prevent melting since that'd be too much space. I keep only silicone, hard plastic, or glass toys in here, since they play nicely with each other.
