An Egg-Filled Sperm

For beginner vaginal balls, these can be both intimidating and comforting for first time users. They are intimidating due to their size. While most women can accommodate the balls in their vagina, it can be scary for a first time user to insert something that big to roll around up there. On the other hand, the fact that they are big, easily inserted and easy to pull out makes it more comforting that they will not be "lost" up in the vagina.

Use

The Dukes are a set of vaginal balls that are interchangeable. The set included 4 egg shaped balls (two that are 30g and two that are 40g) and 2 holders (the first holds one egg shaped ball and the second holds two egg shaped balls attached together). This give you five options of use, single egg 30g, single egg 40g, double egg 30g+30g, double egg 40g+40g and double egg 30g+40g.

These are best used inside the vagina to help strengthen the vaginal muscles. They are larger than ben wa balls or other round vaginal balls, and, as stated, come in more of an egg shape which is put into a silicone casing.

Material / Texture

The casing of The Dukes is made of silicone. It has a smooth rubbery feeling to it and can stretch fairly easily. There is an opening about an inch wide and 1/2 inch thick for the egg (ball) to go into. They smell vaguely like a new plastic toy, but it is not noticeable unless you stick your nose right up to it.

While the instructions state that the toy is made of silicone, the "eggs" themselves appear to be made of plastic as they are hard and have no give or flexibility. They are also created from two halves, like an Easter egg, but they do not come apart and appear to be thicker in density than a plastic Easter egg. They do not have any odor or taste.

Design / Shape / Size

The balls (eggs):
30g egg - 1 1/4 inches diameter, 1 1/2 inches long.
40g egg - 1 1/4 inches diameter, 1 3/4 inches long from tip to end.

The 30g egg is a distinct symmetrical oval shape. The 40g egg has a unique nub on one end making it look more like a lemon shape than symmetrical. This makes it a tad bit longer while not any bit bigger in circumference than the 30g egg.

The casing comes in two sizes also: single and double.
The single casing is 5 1/2 inches long from tip to the end of the tail.
The double casing is 7 1/2 inches long from the tip to the end of the tail.

The eggs (balls) can be used in any of the casing openings making this pretty versatile. While I do not have any other balls as a comparison, from the pictures on Eden Fantasys, these are bigger than the Desi, slightly bigger than the Smartballs Teneo Duo, and slightly thicker than the Couture Collection Eclipse

While I assume that this is made for beginners as they are bigger and have the casing that helps to make them easier to pull out, they actually seemed a little on the big side for insertion. I found myself thinking, "Can I really get these inside me?" Amazingly, I was able to use the double casing and get two eggs in there. It was uncomfortable at first, but then I just got used to them being in there. Played around with my vaginal muscles and squeezed to see if it did anything pleasurable, but it just felt like something was in there. Not good, not bad, just there. I don't use tampons, but I can imagine that this is pretty much what it felt like.

The eggs (balls) also have some type of smaller ball encased inside them that rolls around. To describe it would be like having a marble in a plastic Easter egg. Supposedly this is to enhance the feeling as you walk around, but I don't notice it at all.

While not small, these little eggs are not too big either, and I imagine that you can travel with them just fine. Not being sure what the little ball is made of that rolls around inside, it may set off a metal detector if you have them in you while going through an airport. It might be fun to explain what the little sperm shaped things are for.

Performance

While there is some discussions that you can feel vibrations in toys such as these from the balls rolling around, I have not felt anything like that. The instructions also generally mention vibrations, but this product has no vibrators in it or as a part of the product itself.

These are waterproof as there are no mechanical parts to them. I found the first time putting them in was easier in the shower, but that was just me. Lube and a little masturbation can also help to get these in. While it is waterproof and can be used in the shower, there was no difference or excitement using them while taking a shower or bath that you wouldn't get from just walking around.

Another thing to note about being waterproof: if you take the eggs out of the silicone casing and wash them, I would be cautious of this. As stated above, the eggs themselves are made up of two halves. When I washed them separate from the silicone case, I noticed that water was dripping from the crack of the two halves. I then put my lips to it and blew into it and found that the connection of the two halves does not seem to be completely air tight. As such I am wary of allowing these to get very wet by themselves. In addition, the larger egg, which has a little tip, has two holes in the tip. I am not sure what the purpose of this is, but it creates a situation where liquid can get into the eggs. Sitting water or liquid is a waiting pool for mold around here, so this did not go over well with me.

When encased in the silicone, the eggs are watertight as long as that seam between the two halves is not peeking out from the slit in the silicone case.

Care and Maintenance

These are pretty simple to care for. The silicone casing can be washed and boiled. As stated above, however, I would not recommend submerging the eggs and would only recommend rinsing the eggs off with water briefly or wiping them down with a toy cleaner or wipe.

You can only use water lubricant with these, which will help in the insertion.

As far as storing them, you could put them back in the package, but I find it bulky and just have a little bag that they go into, which then is put in my storage chest.

Packaging

There are two small instruction booklets included. The first one is a user manual in English, French, German and Spanish while the second one is the same information in Dutch, Russian, Polish and Italian. You can download it at this site: User Manual V2

The user manual is actually very general and only includes the following general information: Introduction to Touche, Warranty, Silicones, Phthalates, Motor, Safety, Environment, Lubricant, Toy Cleaner, Extras, Finally, Batteries & Control. It does have a neat little graph on the rhythms and intensities of their other toys on the last pages of the manual, but as this product has no motor or batteries all of that information is useless.

Unfortunately, while it does give basic information of the materials, functions and care (geared towards their vibrating products) it does not give ANY information on this particular product nor is there any information about this product on their webpage. While I know that they are pretty easy to insert and use, those of us who are very new to vaginal balls wouldn't have a clue as to what these do for you or how to use them. I had to look elsewhere on similar products to give me the basics on inserting them and how to use them once inserted.

The package itself gives you a little info, but again it's not very informative. It simply states, "The only thing you need to do is to use them vaginally." Well, thank you for that, I am now completely informed (or not).

Personal comments

This product was provided to me free of charge by Eden Fantasys in exchange for an unbiased review. I wanted to try something that I had not experienced before and something new in the Shots Media products. I am new to vaginal balls, so as far as comments on this, I found personally that the balls do not seem to do much for me. This is not a flaw of the product, but merely my first experience with vaginal balls.

Regarding this product itself, the flaws I found were the construction of the egg (as it is not air/water tight) and the fact that they seemed just a tad too big. I was thinking of experimenting just using the eggs (balls) themselves without the casing, but due again to the construction of the eggs in not being air/water tight I will not be attempting this.

I also expect more specific instructions on the product itself instead of general instructions for their vibrating line of products.

Experience

So, here was my experience in using these vaginal eggs (balls):

When I first got them, I washed them and used the two 30g eggs in the double casing. I was able to get both of them in while in the shower. It was fairly easy to push them inside, but once there they didn't seem to have much room to move around. In looking at lots of information on vagina balls, I expected them to have some movement up in my vagina, even though they were attached and I also expected to feel some of the movement from the balls rolling around in the eggs. Unfortunately, I felt nothing of the sort.

What I did feel was kind of like when I was pregnant and there was this sort of pushing on my vagina. It felt more like I was being pushed and stretched than working to tighten up my muscles. It became more unnoticeable the longer they were in. However, it still felt like there was just something down there. I don't like to wear tampons, due to the fact that I am always aware that they are in there, plugging me up. Having these balls in my vagina simply felt like I was being plugged up. It was not pleasurable. Mostly it was just annoying.

Since that seemed not to work, at least in the fact that there was no movement of the balls, I thought maybe one would work better, so I tried it with one ball instead. I used the 40g ball for the single casing on my second try. I used lube instead for this one and again it slid in just fine. I used my Kegel exercises to push the ball further up into my vagina, then started to walk around doing daily chores (laundry, dishes, etc.) as suggested. What did I feel? Nothing, nada, zilch. Just again a bit of pressure like I was plugged up. Not fun, just annoying.

Now, on the better side of this, I will note that something was happening down there due to this being inside because when I pulled it out, I had lots of secretion that came out along with it. The secretion was normal vaginal secretions, pretty clear with no odor, so while I really didn't feel any excitement, the vaginal egg in there was helping me do a some work. I will probably continue to work with these and give an update on this to see how it is progressing and if it gets any easier or better.
