Pros
Well made, cute, sturdy and stays closed.
Cons
None!
The Toy Pouch Storage Container by Edenfantasys is a lovely way to conceal and protect your favorite investment. At 10 1/2" x 4 3/4" there aren't too many items that won't fit inside but it's also roomy enough that your item won't be busting out the seams either.
The Toy Pouch is available in either purple or black. I have the purple one and it's crafted from faux suede, satin and a cotton lining. The faux suede and satin are both polyester while the cotton lining is, of course, cotton. Due to the polyester content, it's advisable to hand wash this pouch with a mild detergent in tepid water and hang to dry. I did wash mine in my washing machine on the gentle cycle in warm water and had no problems though.
The construction of this bag is quite lovely. The suede-like outer material contrasts beautifully with the hot pink satin on the inside. To top it off, it's equipped with four, spiraled black cords for the drawstring closure. When these cords are pulled on simultaneously, the top of the bag draws shut nicely and there isn't even any need to tie it. Of course you can tie it to make sure your items are secure but I really had no problems with it accidentally opening even though I didn't tie it closed.
I didn't notice any strange scents or anything coming from the bag, even before I washed it. I also didn't notice any lint or strings that might stick to certain toy materials during storage. The satin lining doesn't produce any lint at all so whatever goes in, should come back out lint free!
I turned this bag inside out to take a look at the seams and I was quite impressed! I found no raw or unfinished edges even inside, and if it weren't for the drawstring being on the inside, this bag would be reversible too. Of course you could still reverse it if you wanted but the cord is going to be on the inside instead of the outside.
Not only is this Toy Pouch well made but it's thick and sturdy too. It's even slightly padded though there is no padding inside the material. It's just the thickness of the materials giving it a bit of cushion. While it may not be an ideal bag for protection of glass toys, it's definitely better than those thin, cheap, satin bags so many glass toys come with.
The Toy Pouch didn't have any tags or anything attached to it when it arrived and it was packed in a plastic bag. The bag was easy to open and I'm glad there were no attached tags that could snag the soft material during removal. There were also no instructions though they really aren't required.
Whether you need a pouch to conceal your items, or you need a pouch to protect the material of your toy, the Toy Pouch by Edenfantasys will have you covered! The fact that it's adorable doesn't hurt one bit either. It's definitely worth the investment to prolong the life of your toys!

Thank you for viewing Toy pouch – storage container discontinued review page!
Which of your biggest toys fit in it? Were there any that didn't, and if so, which ones?
My Mustang from Vixen Creations fits inside wonderfully, base and all. The satin does have a tendency to kind of grab at soft silicone though it really isn't a huge problem. The Lelo Eleven on the other hand, is about an inch or so too long.
Hopefully that helps some and if you have a specific item in mind, I can try to find something in my collection comparable if you'd like. Just let me know and thanks for your question!
Thanks!!!
Great review!
I actually have the Tantus O2 Revolution and I stuffed it in this pouch just for you! So while I can't comment for the FF Tiger, the O2 fits inside this pouch perfectly and closes just fine. The satin does kind of grab at the soft silicone though but you know how soft the material is and can probably understand what I mean. Hope that helps and thanks again for your question! Let me know if you have any more.
And yes I know exactly what you mean about it grabbing the satin.
If you have a heavy delicate toy, you may want to tie the bag even though you said it is not needed. how well does the bag stay tied?
You mentioned what you did to wash it, but not dry it. What settings are safe to not damage this if you so chose to do that?
Sure, you could stuff some padding inside with your glass toy if you wanted to. It measures about 9 1/4" from the inside bottom of the pouch up to the bottom of the drawstring. From the bottom all the way up to the top of the pouch, past the drawstring, it measures about 11" but, again, the drawstring is only usable for the first 9 1/4". It's also about 5" wide so there's room for padding if you choose.
Yes, if you have a very delicate item, you should probably tie the bag closed to help protect it though an extremely fragile toy would be better off stored in a padded pouch/container. It stays tied just fine though.
There were no care instructions included with this pouch Lauren. I'm just trying to give advice on what worked for me. I would advise hanging it to dry as the polyester could shrink if dried too hot. Just go by the care instructions for polyester and you should be fine.
Hope that helps!
Also, is the lining satin and cotton? Is it just a mix or is it sewn together? Maybe I'm just tired. Heh
