Your toys deserve this
This is an excellent and a better alternative to soap and water. You'll find it easy to use and you'll feel safer knowing that your toys are properly cleaned. It's common sense and responsible thinking to have a cleaner around. It seems to be the wisest decision to choose this particular one. Read on why.

Pros
Easy to use, better than soap and water, does not leave its smell on the toys, affordable.
Cons
Light unpleasant smell.
The purpose of this cleaner is to keep you safe from infections and other unwanted things by your toys. Sometimes soap and warm or hot water is not enough. Even if you think something is clean maybe because it smells good (because of the soap), or just can't see anything it doesn't mean the toy really is clean. You can use portable alcohol-based and jelly-like hand sanitizers for your hands but I wouldn’t use them on toys. That's where this cleaner comes into the picture.
The bottle uses a foaming dispenser. In my opinion, this is better than the spraying method. Pump one or two times directly on the toy and spread it with your hands, a tissue, cloth or body wipe. I don't like to use my hands because my hands will smell 'anti-bacterial' after being exposed to this. The tissue option is good because it's convenient and you don't have to find a tap to get the cleaner off by water. So if you are not in the bathroom then use tissues. Cloth or towel is best used when there is tap water nearby. Once you rinsed the toy with water, you can dry it with the other part of the towel. Body wipes can be good by themselves (EF sells its own but it's not explicitly anti-bacterial). Their true power shows when you are cleaning a toy that is known to collect lint. Tissues or towels would leave some lint on these toys. Rinsing with water in not mandatory, but recommended.
The bottle is way bigger than I expected. It does not leak. I actually store it lying. It has a cap to prevent it from getting pushed. If you look at the image it looks like a pocket-sized lube, but it's not that small so it's not exactly travel-sized. The description is not overly useful, but it tells you to remove batteries from the toy and to use a cloth then rinse with water.
Thankfully, it doesn't leave any smell on the toy (even on a silicone one and without rinsing with water). However, it does leave its smell on your hands, which can linger there. It's very mild but I found it disgusting. It's also present when you first open the bottle by removing the protective film. After a few uses this goes away and unless you smell really close, you won't notice it. It doesn't have a 'sterile smell' as that is usually caused by alcohol and this is free from it. It's a rather unique unpleasant smell, but very light.
It can be used by any kind of material, which I'm happy about because I have a wide variety of products made of different materials. I have read in another review that it can be used with Fleshlight. I feel there is a need for a better cleaning when it comes to Fleshlights. I'm yet to try this one out, because I'm afraid it'll alter the Superskin or make it smell. These things take more time to develop. I'll write about this in the follow-up.
This company is known for its great lubes. Looking at other cleaners, some didn't quite hit my quality requirements or seemed too expensive for a cleaner. This is something in between, with a good price/value ratio. There is a similar product by Wet; it has the same price, same foaming type bottle, but slightly different ingredients. Speaking of ingredients, this seems to be safe even for your hands. Look at the description: it says the cleaner is Petro-chemicals free, parabens free and glycerin free. I don't want it to tear apart any of my toys, but I need some cleaning power. This does the job.

I'm glad you mentioned the smell, since I'm allergic to most artificial fragrances. I might give this a try.
