Unscented but still irritating
Overall, I would say that this is a decent product. You should avoid dermal contact with it as much as possible, but it should be fine as long as it stays mostly on the toy.

The sleek, simple design of this toy cleaner caught my eye as soon as I first saw its picture. Upon arrival, the liquid inside is slightly yellow looking, but as soon as it is applied, it turns into a (very) slightly foaming, clear spray. It has an almost nonexistent smell when wet, and when completely dry, no smell is left behind. Although the bottle says it is okay to let air-dry, the cleaner leaves a little layer of greasy feeling residue, which eventually fades. If you are worried about the film, it might be better to spray your toys, rinse them off with water, then let them air dry.
It should be safe for just about any toy. The company states that it is "Safe for use with plastic, vinyl, latex, acrylic, glass, rubber, silicone and other synthetic polymers". Obviously, if you applied lube, lotion, or any other sort of product to the toy while it was in use, this spray will not take care of them, as it is meant solely for the purpose of sanitation. A few of the ingredients are listed as moderately toxic, so make sure your toy is dry before doing anything orally with it. I do enjoy that the cleaner is fragrance free, as I have a slight fragrance allergy. When this product got on my skin, however, it made my skin a bit painfully tingly and numb, as well as slightly puffy (although I sprayed it directly on my skin, which is HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED). The formula itself is alcohol free, but if you are trying to avoid products with Triclosan, which has been linked to endocrine disruptions and is a possible carcinogen in high doses, steer clear of this product, as it is the main sanitizing ingredient. A few of the items are listed as irritants, so, again, I would make sure the product has completely dried before using a toy.
The complete list of ingredients for the Squeaky Clean Toy wash is as follows: Water, Sodium C14-16 Olefin Sulfonate, Disodium Lauroamphodiacete, Sodium Trideceth Sulfate, Cocamidopropyl Bentaine, Propleyne Glycol, Triclosan, Tetrasodium EDTA, Citric Acid, Methylchloroisothiazolinone, and Methylisothiazolinone. Look at all those chemical names!
As far as bottles go, it is way too tall to fit in my toy draw standing up, but it seems to be okay sitting on its side (although the bottle warns against doing so due to possible leakage. I have seen none such leakage so far). If you want to let the bottle sit out, be aware that the front has "Toy Wash" written on it rather largely on the front side, and the back says "HUSTLER" and "toys" in large-ish print, as well as "Relax, it's just sex" underneath, so I would not suggest leaving it out in the open if you are super worried about someone finding something embarrassing in your room. From far away, however, it could be mistaken as a body mist of some sort.
The spray advises that you remove your toys' batteries before use. I, however, completely ignored the warning. I feel that as long as it is not in danger of seeping into the inner workings of the toy, you shouldn't need to remove the batteries. If you use it to clean the entirety of the toy, though, you should probably remove the batteries as suggested.

I looked up each of the ingredients listed in the cleaner and the combination just makes me shudder. I flat out refuse to use it anymore.
