Too much tingle for me.
I don't plan on getting another tube of this lip balm nor do I plan on recommending it to anyone I know. I didn't like this product whatsoever. The tingle is too overwhelming for me to handle. I also got very irritated with how thick it felt on my lips.

Pros
price, scent, tasteless
Cons
tingle, thick, doesn't plump
I wasn't impressed with the Acai Dona Plumping Lip Balm by System Jo. The price and smell was the best thing about it. I'm not too fond of lip balms - or anything on my lips for that matter - but since I frequently get chapped lips, I thought I'd give this a try.
The label looks very cheaply made; I figured I shouldn't judge it by its label. I opened the cap, and smelled it. This lip balm smells very nice. Smells just like the Acai berry. The texture of the lip balm is pretty bumpy. I applied it to my lips and felt a sudden tingle - at first, I liked the feeling but after about 5-10 minutes that tingle felt overwhelming. The feeling is also very thick.
There is no taste to it at all, and the scent wore off a couple minutes after application. I didn't notice any plumping, which is what it's supposed to do. This lip balm also didn't help my chapped lips whatsoever which was the main reason I decided to try it out. I ended up wiping the balm off my lips because the feeling of it got irritating. I wouldn't recommend this lip balm to anyone.
I gave this lip balm to my girlfriend seeing as how I didn't want it, she also didn't like it that much and she's normally a very big fan of lip balms. The only thing she liked was how soft it made her lips feel.

I still don't like the Dona plumping lip balm. I actually tossed this lip balm in the trash not long after my review.

Oh ! I bet this was irritating to chapped lips. Sorry to hear it let ya down. I have had serious tingle lip glosses before like the Inject Potion, but I don't really love it enough to use it just to plump my lips. I expected this to be a good chap stick too, but I think I'll un-wishlist it. I am surprised it tingled though. I have Shunga's lip gloss meant to be used for a tingle during oral -- it'll burn your penis, that's for sure! -- so I use it as lip gloss some because it's so silky, but it is a tad intense on my lips, especially in the cold winter wind. I also think it's strange that the lip gloss here was bumpy. It really doesn't sound that nice. Sorry to hear that.
