The Heart Warmer came packaged in a simple small cardboard box. All the instructions you will need are on the box. It is a good idea to keep the box. The Heart Warmer measures 5 inches from the top to bottom and is 5 inches wide.

The Heart Warmer has a liquid substance inside. In that liquid you will see a small, flat, round metal disc. This disc is the key to making this product work. Hold the disc between your forefinger and thumb and pinch it. This immediately activates the heart and you will see it start crystallizing. This is the sign that the disc and heart are working. It will heat up to about 130 degrees F. As this happens the liquid inside turn from red to a creamy red. It will also turn from squishy to a harder substance.

The Heart Warmer will hold its temperature for approximately 30-45 minutes. You will notice that when the temperature drops it becomes harder. When it is done, it becomes rock hard.

This product can be used for temperature play in the bedroom and is safe to use with all water and silicone based lubes. It is also safe to use withany massage oils. This product is travel friendly and can fit just about anywhere.

To "deactivate" this product, boil a pan of water. Next, wrap the product completely in a rag or washcloth. Gently, with a pair of tongs, drop the product and cloth into the pan of boiling water. It will take roughly 7-10 minutes for this process. You will know when the product is completely finished boiling back down when the crystals have completely liquefied again (completely turns red). Remove the product and place it on a dry towel to either air dry or pat dry (just be careful not to activate the metal disc). When it is fully cooled it is ready to use again.

It has been a few weeks, and I still like this heart. It still is holding up great and has plenty of heat.
