The Clamps That Wouldn't Bite
I would only recommend these clamps for someone who is very new, intolerant of intense nipple stimulation, or has larger nipples. While they are inexpensive and adjustable I found that I had difficulty getting the clamp to stay on, and that the clamp did not go as tight as I would have liked. Good in theory, and probably good for the right person, but definitely not for someone looking for pain!

Pros
Adjustable, inexpensive, good for beginners.
Cons
Do not stay on nipples, may not be tight enough for people looking for a lot of pain.
I thought I would prefer Bull Nose Clamps for several reasons. First of all, they are rubber tipped so I thought my nipple wouldn't get pinched by painful metal when I use them. Also, the rubber is smooth, so it wouldn't be too harsh on my sensitive nipple skin. Secondly, they are adjustable and while I can take quite a bit of pressure on my nipples, it's something that I like to work up to. When I am not fully aroused, clamps can hurt a great deal if they are too tight. However, when I am sufficiently aroused, I can take them pretty much as tight as they will go. I figured that these would be great for me, as I could start with them on a looser setting and tighten them as my arousal increased. Plus, they can be used other places as well, like the labia or even ear lobes!
However, I did not like these clamps much at all. I have small nipples (in both areola size and distance my nipple sticks out from my breast when hard), and this may have been part of the problem, but getting the clamps to stay on my nipples on any of the looser settings was nearly impossible. I could manage it while lying down, but as soon as I sat up, they slid right off. I don't know if it was due to the looseness of the setting, the smooth rubber tip, my small nipples, or a combination of it all, but they would not stay put. The only setting I could get them to even remotely stay on was on the tightest setting, but then what's the point of having adjustable clamps if only one setting works? Not only that, I found even the tightest setting to be too loose for me. I can take a lot of pressure on my nipples, and these just didn't supply enough for me. And on top of those two problems, I found the screws to adjust the clamps difficult to turn.
They're only $20, so if you've never tried clamps before, these might be a great place to start. I think these could be ideal for beginners or people that can't handle too much pain, as they are adjustable and really don't go extraordinarily tight. However, if you've never used clamps before but can handle a lot of biting and pinching on your nipples, these still may not be tight enough for you.

I still hate these as nipple clamps. They won't stay on unless they're on the tightest setting, which defeats the purpose of adjustable clamps, and even on the tightest setting they're easy to pull off. I have, however, discovered that they're great for use on my clit. So I like them more for an alternative use, but not any more for their intended use. For me, they still function ineffectively as nipple clamps.
