That's Quite a Secret
Cleopatra's Secret Cream smells and tastes delicious, though that paired with tingling sensations makes it hard product to fully enjoy. I would not use this for oral sex if you want to really enjoy the tingling sensations.

Pros
Smells and tastes great, works as it should.
Cons
Can't enjoy the tingling if someone else is enjoying the flavor.
I was slightly iffy on trying out Cleopatra‘s Secret Cream. My boyfriend never complains about me smelling or tasting bad, as I keep myself pretty clean. I also already have two tingling balm products that I use. The thought of it being kind of like an ice cream cone or something for my boyfriend made up my mind. That, and using the same thing over and over again sounds pretty boring.
The flavor I chose is the Cherry/Vanilla. It smells and tastes like bubble gum to me, though bubble gum doesn’t tingle like this stuff. The Secret Cream has a nice smooth texture, like lotion. It rubs in really smooth and soft, and tingles as it absorbs. It has a pretty strong scent, though not so strong that it is overpowering. It’s flavor is sweet all the way through. It doesn’t leave any bad after taste.
The jar says for use on the clitoris, but it works on any part of the body. It is probably better to use on the more sensitive areas, such as nipples, penis, and around the clitoris. Licking this stuff makes my tongue tingle a bit, though, which may be unpleasant for some people.
My boyfriend has already said that me using a flavored lubricant or similar product on him feels good, as there is a lot more licking involved trying to get all of the flavor off of him. I can now say the same. However, I don’t think this is that great if you want tingling while receiving oral sex, as saliva seems to dissolve this faster, and the tingling goes away within a couple of minutes. The best bet to keep it tingling is probably if your partner uses their fingers.
There isn’t really any need to wash this off, since it doesn’t leave any greasy residue on skin. It does leave a pretty bubble gum scent though. I didn’t notice any irritation of my skin after using Cleopatra’s Secret.
I suppose this is kind of worth a try, though you pretty much get to use one feature or the other, rather than both at the same time. Licking it makes the tingling go away, and not licking it leaves the tingling alone, but you don’t get to taste it at all. It is no different feeling than any other tingling product I have used, but is a bit better tasting/smelling than a lot of oral products I have tried. I enjoy occasionally using this product, but it is really your call to decide if you want it or not.

Experience
This smells great if paired with the Victoria's Secret Beauty Rush Candy, Baby! products. It's like everything is coated in delicious sugared candies.
Follow-up commentary
14 months after original review
I was recently cleaning out my closet when I found this buried in the box of "reject" toys I have. I tested it out, and it is still just as good as it was when I bought it, which is nearing 3 years ago. It still has the same consistency, flavor, and scent, and tingling sensation. I haven't used this much, though now that I have dug it out, I will probably use it again.

Cleopatra's Secret; Best flavor? | 8 |
Thank you for viewing Cleopatra's secret – cream discontinued review page!
It probably says 'use around the clitoris' because if the flavors are sugary, they can cause a yeast infection if used too near the vaginal opening. If they're not actually sugary, they can still cause irritation for people more prone to infection/irritation [like me ]
Sounds yummy!
Nice review!
