Sweet woods? Not quite.
This earth scent is good for someone looking for a botanical perfume, but is somewhat strong, so use it with caution if you don't want to smell too strongly. The glass bottle is easy to store and is aesthetically pleasing.

Pros
Clean scent, easy to store
Cons
Kind of smells like a head shop
The body spray I reviewed was the Sweet Woods scent. The spray is made by Sensuous Beauty and comes in a 4oz glass spray bottle with a pink label on it. The bottle came in a box and was wrapped in paper, there was no packaging involved. The spray is dispensed by a plastic sprayer at the top of the bottle. The spray is a little cloudy looking, the label says you should shake it before using.
The labels says that the scent is made up of sweet amber and other warm forest herbs/botanical ingredients. The ingredient list specifically is: Brandy, distilled water, amber, and a blend of natural herbs and essential oils. This spray is 100% paraben free. Another plus side of this company is that they don't test on animals at all, which is great if you are vegan, or a consumer who's concerned about animal cruelty. The directions indicate this can be used as room or linen spray, as well as body spray or perfume. You can also spray it on your clothes. I sprayed it on my arms and the mist wasn't sticky or shiny on my skin.
I wouldn't say that this perfume smells like a forest or sweet woods -- it's more like the scent of a stick of incense or an herbal scent. It's a sexy scent, but also pretty strong (one or two sprays will last a good part of the day). If you're looking for a delicate or floral perfume, this isn't it. It's definitely an earthy, hippie scent. I think this product would be appropriate for use for either a male or female, the packaging is somewhat feminine but the scent is, in my opinion, a unisex one. I don't think there's any reason you would need to clean or sanitize the bottle, but it could be rinsed off with water easily. Also, it's easily stored in a shelf or in a bathroom cupboard, but could be used for travel as well.

While I'm still iffy on the scent of this, I've actually been spraying this on my tennis shoes when I have sweaty feet. I guess that's sort of a strange use for it, but it works well to cover up gross feet smell!

Great review! Glad that you found a useful way to use it in your sneakers. I don;t think I have ever thought about doing that and I might have to give it a try.
