Sweet Seduction
This is a great massage oil, available in a variety of different scents that is sure to set the mood. This oil is a great way to start off a fun night for you and your partner, but it can be used for other things and for other purposes. The only trouble is deciding which one you like.

Pros
Variety of Scents, Great for Massages, Makes skin feel soft
Cons
Leaky bottle, No ingredients listed
This massage oil is great for massages, or for rubbing in your skin as a moisturizer. With a name like Tantric, I had high expectations that this would be a seductive oil, and I certainly found that to be true with the Mantra Musk. California Exotics also makes it available in Tibet Ginger, Shakti, Nirvana, Bodhi Spise, and Tantric Breeze. I’m curious about Bodhi Spise because that is such an odd name.
It comes in a plastic bottle which wasn’t sealed properly during shipping, so a little bit of the precious oils leaked in the plastic wrapping. The bottle still tends to leak from time to time, so be careful where you keep it. The bottle is very cute and has an interesting shape. The base is very wide with the top being very long and slender. It contains 8 fluid ounces, so it should last quite a while.
There is no ingredients list, so if you are worried about allergy concerns, I recommend doing a spot test on your skin to see if you have any reactions. The oil is not edible, and should not be used as a lubricant.
When placed upside down, the oil drips out slowly, so you don’t have to worry about oil getting everywhere. It has a thin consistency, feeling much like Baby Oil. It is great for massages because it is nice and slick. It can be a bit runny, but this makes it easy to spread around, allowing you to cover a large area with very little drag. It absorbs in the skin nicely, and makes it feel amazingly soft. The bottle is very smooth, and so is the cap, so it becomes very slippery with oily hands. The oil is easy to wash off if you find there is too much.
Mantra Musk is very very sweet, that is why I love it so much. The scent is definitely musky. The scent is noticeable, but not as strong as other oils I’ve used. People close to you will notice it, but it is not overpowering and will not fill the whole room with the smell. It tends to linger on your skin for a couple of hours. At the price of $11 for 8 ounces, I think this is a great deal.

Experience
I really wanted to give this 5 stars, but because Cal Exotics doesn't have the ingredients listed on the bottle, I have to dock points. It would be sweet if there was a little sampler of all the different scents. I, however, really enjoyed the Mantra Musk. I love to use it as a moisturizer and wear it out. It’s not very strong, but the scent definitely lasts. This oil is cheaper than a lot of other oils, and if you like sweet scents, then don’t pass this up.
Follow-up commentary
3 months after original review
I used this stuff all up, but it was wonderful. I will probably get it again, and since I really liked Mantra Musk I won't pick out another scent. This is a great oil to try out and I recommend it to everyone who likes massage oils.

Thank you for viewing Tantric massage oil – oil discontinued review page!
You mentioned that it leaks, is this only if it is on its side or upside down? Or does it just leak in general? Still stuck on no ingredients listed Cal Exotics, this is very bad of you!!!
In any case, I was wondering how well this stuff absorbs into the skin. Does it sit on the skin and take a while to soak in, or does it soak in immediately? How much of it do you need to use per massage roughly? Thanks again!
