Sweet But Sticky
While this isn't for everyone, it's not going to go to waste if you don't like it. It tastes and smells good, so if you're thinking about trying it just go for it. At worst you'll end up with a nice dipping chocolate for candies and fruits.

Pros
Tastes good, tight lid, small container
Cons
Spikey brush, sticky
Just for kicks, I picked up a little jar of KamaSutra's Lovers Body Paint. It's been one of those "need something new" spells and I figured we'd see if this was it.
A short drive to the local porn shop to see what was immediately available and we were greeted by the usual sights. Upon recommendation, we snagged up the little brown-and-black box and headed home. We were a little tense, but it was the good kind of tension. It wasn't until we got back and opened the box, laying bare the two ounce tub of chocolate-flavored paint and the brush that we realized there wasn't really anything sexy about it.
Unable to give up, we stripped down and tried it. We learned a few things. One, the paint is extremely sticky. It felt really gross for me to have it on my skin. I also don't like being licked or sucked in random places. Who would have thought? So, I washed it off and tried it on him. Similarly, he didn't like the stickiness. He didn't mind the licking or sucking, but he said that it just felt bad and he lost the mood. Not one to give up on a situation, I sliced a couple of apples to eat with the paint and brought in a movie. Cuddling naked in bed with a movie and a snack did more for us than using the paint as directed.
This stuff smells amazing, just like chocolate! The taste is a little off. Not strong enough for real chocolate, but definitely not one of those nasty tastes that imitation chocolates tend to have. It's more like a chocolate syrup. As long as you don't expect it to be perfect or you eat it on or with something, it's alright. Apples may not be the sexiest fruit, but I suspect that strawberries or cherries would go just as well.
The brush is kind of odd. It's soft as long as you don't use the tip, otherwise it's kind of pokey. I'd suggest lines rather than dots. Alternatively, you could use your fingers, a knife (if you're into that kind of thing), or any number of other things to spread this on with. It is rather thick though, so some things are going to work better than others and your work of art will end up somewhat thick. I suggest small pictures rather than a whole-body mural, especially if you plan to lick it all off.
Technical Stuff: I would personally keep this away from genitalia if sex is intended, unless you plan to clean up before the actual act. It is possible to get a yeast infection if it gets in a lady's parts. I'd also suggest using this in moderation, as I'm sure it's not inherently good for you.
Ingredients are:
Corn Syrup
Palm Kernel Oil
Hydrogenated Palm Oil
Non-Fat dried Milk
Soya Lecithin
Vanillin
Ethyl Alcohol
Water
Cocoa Powder
Food Starch
Gelatin
Potassium Sorbate
Sodium Benzoate.
Yum.
The lid to the jar fits snugly, so I'd say this is travel-friendly for short trips where you'll have access to refrigeration (since this need to be refrigerated once opened).
Tips - If you don't like the paint by it's self, try eating it with fruit or adding extracts to it. A few drops of a cooking extract should do nicely.
If it's too thick and/or too cold, or the lid is sticking, placing the jar (with the lid tightly on) in warm-hot water should thin it out, warm it up, and un-stick the lid. This is also a good way to play with minor temperature changes.
Wash with both soap *and* water to get rid of the stick and the smell. Without soap, the scent can linger. Baby wipes also work. Can't stand the paint on your skin? Hop in the shower with your partner and get steamy that way.
Feed each other chocolate-paint-covered fruit bits, it's kind of romantic and sweet, and might help create a mood.
If you enjoy being licked and sucked on, and don't mind things like honey being on your skin for a period of time, this product tastes nice and unlike some chocolate flavored lubes, actually tastes like chocolate. I'd say go for it. At $12 it isn't hard on the wallet and it's a fun way to experiment. If you're not a fan of chocolate, caramel, or dark chocolate, honey would also work for something like this. It is extremely sticky though.
And last but not least, this stuff will make a mess and can stain. Put down a sheet you don't care about before playing with this.

Follow-up commentary
1 month after original review
Well, we finished eating it today. It was still as awesome on fruit as it was the day we opened it. It kept well in the fridge. We enjoyed this product very much, though not for the intended use. I'm sure others will like it just as much.
