My favorite wand style massager died an honorable death and so after a suitable grieving process I went in search of another. The graceful lines of the Wanachi maxi caught my eye.

The Wanachi has a very flexible head where almost all of the vibration is concentrated. The head of the Wanachi Maxi can bend to almost 90 degrees though it won't retain the bed which is a slight shame. The benefit to this is the vibrations feel much stronger and more pressure can be placed on the head of the toy without diminishing the strength of the vibrations. It measures around 5.5 inches around which makes it great for muscle manipulation but a bit broad if you are looking for pinpoint clitoral stimulation.

The Wanachi Maxi is 9 inches in total length, the head is around 2 inches long before reaching the flexible neck of the toy which is about 1.5 inches long. The body of the toy has a graceful hourglass figure and measures around 5 inches, which allows plenty of room for your hand while using the massager.

The bottom of the toy unscrews to reveal the battery housing into which the two C batteries slide in. The vibrations are controlled via a traditional turn style base making it much more customizable than the push button or slide type controllers.
The vibrations are not immensely powerful but can be fairly easily felt. The vibrations are fairly high pitched and buzzy on the top speed and don't pack quite the punch needed for a deep tissue or large muscle massage. For sore feet, necks, arms or the smaller muscles of the back it reigns supreme!
For clitoral stimulation this might be a bit much for those with more sensitive clits. It can make you numb on the highest speed so unless you have a clit o steel you might want to consider getting the Wanachi Maxi Attachment Kit.
On the lower speeds the Wanachi Maxi is very gentle, somewhat deeper and perfect for more sensitive ladies. The toy feels great run over the penis, breasts, and inner thighs. Both guys felt the toy was a bit too vigorous on anything but the lower settings for the enjoyment of the testes.

The Maxi is composed of a matte silicone head with a flexible plastic neck and hard plastic handle. The silicone is nonporous but the plastic is not so if you insert the Wanachi past the head it is likely that you will get body fluids on the flexible plastic neck. It is recommended that you cover the head and neck with a condom if you plan to share the toy. This is not a toy I would recommend for anal insertion, however the attachment kit does have p spot capable toys included for use with the Wanachi Maxi.

Cleaning the Wanachi Maxi is easy enough as the toy is waterproof. A simple warm water and mild soap wash is all that the toy requires at the head. The coils need a bit more care and attention. I recommend an old toothbrush or a nail brush to get all the fluids and oils off the toy. As always a commercial toy cleaner is perfectly fine though you would still need to spend a bit of time on the coils of the neck.
The Maxi passed my waterproof test with flying colors. After full immersion and use in the shower there wasn't a drop of water to be found in the battery housing, just happy batteries.

This is the perfect travel companion! It is discreet and can be explained away as a muscle relaxer. Add the attachment kit and you have all you'll need on vacation.

Though this isn't as powerful as my WAHL I don't think it's truly meant to be. This is great for me either as a sore muscle reliever and as a clitoral stimulator.

While this baby doesn't have the same incredible power as the WAHL it does fit easier inside a suitcase or overnight bag. Since both Sigel and I have planar fascitis (inflammation of the tendon in the arch of the foot) we need something to take the edge off the pain after walking all day. I have found that I can use this in the car on the ride home because it is battery powered or roll my foot over the toy because it is sturdy enough to take the pressure.
I definitely recommend this toy for those needing a moderately powerful massager for sore aching muscles.
