This spray adds a subtle glitter to your skin wherever it is sprayed. Unlike most of the products in the Dona aphrodesiac-infused line, this is NOT a scented spray. Although it looks and applies much like a perfume, this spray is almost entirely scentless. This can be handy for users who are allergic to scents or want to layer the glitter spray with their own favorite fragrance. The effect of the glitter is very subtle, so this spray is best for those who want to add a little extra shimmer for a special occasion without being too obviously sparkly.

The spray feels almost like plain water coming out of the bottle. It is a bit less runny than water, but will definitely run a bit if you don't hold the bottle far enough from your skin during application. It is not at all sticky or greasy, and the glitter is fine enough that it isn't even felt on the skin, so you don't have to worry about it being scratchy if you rub it in. The spray does take a while to dry after being applied and, until it is dry, it is easy to spread around or transfer to another area of the body through contact. After it is dry, however, the glitter stays in place fairly well.

Although the other Dona products in this line are available in scents that have the same names as the varieties this glitter spray is offered in, this product has almost no scent. Only a sensitive nose placed right up to the skin will detect any scent at all with normal use. If you apply a lot of the product to a small area (as in 10 or more sprays) the scent becomes more apparent, but it is still very soft compared to most scented products.

Despite the natural ingredients, this is not a product that is intended to be tasted.

Each variety of this product includes a different color of glitter, with a rainbow of colors available. The glitter is fine enough, however, that unless you apply a huge amount the color isn't really noticeable, unless you are a few inches from the skin. All you see is sparkle. Once the spray has dried, the skin feels no different from non-glittered skin.

The glitter will fade away on its own over the course of several hours (faster if you're sweating), but it can be easily removed in the shower or with a little soap and water scrubbing.

The 2 oz spray is packaged in a clear glass bottle with a silver cap and a label containing basic product info against a black lace pattern background. Other than the word "aphrodisiac" in small letters, there is nothing to make this stand out from any other beauty products on your shelf.

Due to glitter's tendency to clog spray bottles, you may need to give the pump a quick wash from time to time to keep it from getting clogged.

As someone super-allergic to many scented products, I was thrilled that this is almost scentless. I think that's something you should know going into purchasing, though, since the different variety names would generally lead one to assume the sprays will be scented like the other items in this line.

This is most likely a love it or hate it product. The lack of strong scent and subtle glitter effect can be both pros or cons, depending on your preferences and expectations.
