Strawberry in a Bottle
Need something to remind you of those wonderful summer days when strawberries were plentiful and they were just a few steps away from you? Go ahead, it's okay to be honest! I do too. That's why this winter I still won't let those summer memories go away!

Alright, have you closed that stray tab over there yet? Oh, you did not, it is okay, I can wait. All set now? Wonderful! Please do not change tabs mid-way through, for the party is just getting started!
I actually bought a bottle of this a few months ago, and I have used it for a few massages now, with some very great results! Let me back track a little bit, for I am getting ahead of myself. A few months ago I bought a bottle of this massage oil and, when I first got it, it was glorious! The bottle itself is in no way a let-down, since both the massage oil and the bottle were just "sure things" in my book of "great stuff." I mean, have you seen the bottle? You have not? Please go look at it then! I'll wait. Back? Great! Now don't you see what I mean? That label on the bottle is just a great piece of art in itself! There is nothing wasted--you get all that you need on the bottle itself. While it is not discreet, it is definitely worthwhile.
I originally bought this to give my girlfriend a massage. The first time we used it, it became a bit of a mess. The bottle got knocked over and it just started leaking out onto the sheets. Luckily, it did not stain them or anything at all. We made sure never to keep it on the bed again and all worked out well. The consistency for the oil is where I would like to start, for I have used other massage oils and they have been pretty runny, honestly. I do not like having to sit there and play "catch the oil" before giving a good massage! Thus, I definitely like that I do not have to do this for this oil. Also, the smell is a little strong--well, it may be if you are near the bottle! After you get it on your hands and you start rubbing it into your partner's skin (or your own if you want to use it for your hands, although I thought that was a waste for I am not a big fan of "strawberry hands" when I am going about the day), it quickly becomes a fainter smell. So if you keep your nose away from the bottle, it is really quite nice. And if you do not sit there and sniff your hands after you are done, it is quite pleasant. Now, I would like to move onto my one problem with this stuff, and that is the pop-up top to it--I am not a big fan of them, nor do I particularly enjoy them, and it did make giving a massage a little hard.
Also a few quick notes should be observed: Please do not pour cold massage oil onto your partner's back or arms, or better yet, ANYWHERE! Make sure to warm it up or rub it in your hands to do so. Personally, I prefer to rub it between my palms so that a nice coating gets on them and I can use all of my hand or just my palms. Everyone has their own way of doing it--to each his/her own!

Now that my few notes are out of the way, I would like to get back to my actual review! This massage oil will last quite a while! We, honestly, have barely put a big dent in the bottle--we still have easily about 80-90% of the bottle left. And that is after a good number of massages--I think around 5 to 10 now? Thus a little does go a long way in this case! And even when the massage is done, do you think that the smell is going to leave? No! That smells stays for quite a long time! Albeit it becomes fainter, but it does last a while, which I find to definitely be a good thing, for I like the smell of strawberries. Lastly I would like to say that it can become a little greasy depending on how much you use. If you use a lot, it will have a "greasy" feel. Yet if you use smaller amounts, this is not a problem. And one more thing: I would like to say that you should take a minute to stop and smell the strawberries, for that is one thing you will be doing with this! So if you like strawberries (I do, especially when they are freshly picked from the farm!), then this is definitely worthwhile to get!

Yum! Glad this stuff is so awesome. The smell sounds great. It seems kind of like Shunga's Strawberry & Champagne massage oil, which I'm crazy about! I'll have to try this one when my Shunga one runs out. Thanks for the lovely review on this.

You are welcome to the both of you, I actually got the vanilla massage oil from Shunga, and I would rather have another bottle of this! Yet it is definitely enjoyable, it does take a little while to dry/ absorb into the skin, but I still find it more than worthwhile, since I cannot use something that absorbs into the skin quickly.
