Stick! I Command You!
The idea behind this double sided suction cup is pure genius; turn any dildo with a flat flared base into a suction cup dildo! Unfortunately in practice, it's less than stellar. It does actually hold dildos up, and pretty well at that. But it slides and if you have tiles, it'll slide over a break in tiles and break the suction. Otherwise any smooth, high gloss surface is your playground.

Pros
Holds dildos pretty well, Makes flat based dildos suction cupped, Price
Cons
Slips easily, Detaches easily
This double sided suction cup is designed to help you turn your favorite non suction cup dildos into dildos that can be stuck anywhere!
The little box it comes in fits the suction cup inside of it perfectly. It's obvious that it's a sex product inside the box with "sex in the shower" printed all over the place. The front of the box does have a picture of the suction cup that it houses. The back tells you that it's the perfect base for the Sedeux flared base dildos and the 6" adhesive mirror.
The suction cup itself is made of a rubber with a relatively low scent and is just under 3 1/2" across and a total of 1" high. It's designed like two suction cups that were stuck back to back, easily sticking a flat surface to a flat surface. I can see where there are seams on the outsides of the flat part of the cups from a mold, but they do appear to be one solid piece. Sportsheets designed this to work with its dildos, but just about any dildo with a flat flared base should work. So long as the dildo in question isn't overly heavy, it'll stay up.
To use it, you'd simply attach the dildo of choice to one end, then suction it to the flat surface of your choice. It holds best if the back has been moistened and if you're using it on a high gloss surface. To detach, simply lightly peel back the edge of the cup and it'll let right go. If you need to clean it, warm soapy water will do the trick and you can either leave it in the shower or on whatever flat surface you desire, or you can pop it off and keep it in a drawer.
As for how it works, well, it does and doesn't. When tested in the shower, it fell off the wall under the weight of my Flare until it had been moistened and re-stuck. Then it stayed well, even with me tugging on it. Then I tried to use it and it slid around, which wouldn't have been a big deal except that it would slide down over the break between the tiles, the suction would be broken, and it would come off of the wall. It slid on the bottom of the bathtub too, but here I ran into the problem of accidentally releasing the suction from the dildo while trying to keep it in place. Against a painted wall it would fall off after not too long, but it did seem to hold well to a mirror. Virtually no slipping and unless I bumped the edge of the suction cup holding the dildo with my hand, it didn't fall off there either.
I think this suction cup would work best in a shower that has no tiles, or against a mirror. If you had a chair or table that was completely flat across and had a higher gloss finish, it would work wonderfully on that as well.
I got together all the dildos I had with completely flat bases, and these were the results I got when letting them just hang from the mirror from the suction cup:
Sedeux Flare -
Sedeux Please -
And a dildo from Tantus who's name I can never remember -

Experience
I really like the idea of being able to stick my dildos anywhere I want, but while the theory behind this one is so awesome it's lacking in the actual awesome category. It works well enough that I'll keep using it in the future, but not so well that if something were to happen to it I'd rush right out and buy a new one. However for the price, it's still worth a look into.

Thank you for viewing Sex in the Shower double sided suction cup – sensual bath discontinued review page!
sexyintexas, me too. When it's holding, it holds really well, but the amount of times I lost my dildo while trying to use it, ehh. It's a great idea, but doesn't come through as much in practicality.
Thanks so much everybody!
