The Liberte is a pretty yellow g-spot vibrator that fits perfectly to the female anatomy. It nestles softly on the g-spot and with pinpoint precision, provides stimulation. The vibration levels are not intense making it great for beginners.

Cons
Vibrations levels are backwards in intensity, Not waterproof, May not be strong enough for some
Liberte is a regal g-spot vibrator made by Natural Contours. Natural Contours is company a made by women for women, so you can bet that you will get a product that actually works with the female anatomy. The Liberte is a great beginner g-spot vibrator and a relatively discreet travel vibrator for anyone. It has a few different levels of vibration and patterns. You are bound to find something to please you. They range in intensity and are good for all experience levels. The shape and light weight make this easy to maneuver on your own to explore your g-spot. The plastic material is safe for those with allergies.
The Liberte is made of a hard and smooth ABS plastic. It has a bit of velvety matte feel. This helps keep lubricant from going rogue if you so chose to use some. The structure, of course, has no give. It is very safe for the body because it is phthalates and latex free, hypo-allergenic, and food-grade material. The plastic has absolutely no taste or smell, which is a wonder of plastic. The material used for the Liberte is a soft yellow color that is unique to any other toy I own. While plastic is very safe for the body, it cannot be sterilized. If you have a desire to share, use a condom.
The Liberte is specifically designed to fit your body and target your g-spot with pin point precision. It is also very easy to use. It has a sleek, slightly curved shape. The end of the vibrator sits on a very skinny neck that serves as the shaft. The end is a contoured bulb to help find the g-spot or bring stimulation to other areas. The base is a rectangle where the controls and batteries are housed. The control unit fits comfortably in a hand and does not strain the wrist.
The total length of the Liberte is 8", while insertable length is around 5 1/2". The g-spot bulb is 3 inches long, so you may not even have a desire to insert this any further than that. The largest circumference of the bulb is just shy of 4 inches, so it is not an intimidating size and is suitable for everyone. The shaft is very skinny and only 1 3/4 inches in circumference. This would not be great for vaginal penetration.
The Liberte's shape looks a lot like a massager except for perhaps the neck. The color isn't florescent or anything so it isn't demanding attention. It is relatively discreet and is suitable for travel, but probably won't fit in a purse.
The controls are located at the base unit of the toy. There is one raised circular button that controls everything. The button is easy to push with the thumb if you are using the massager for g-spot stimulation.
What is weird is that when you press it to turn it onto the first vibration setting, it will start on the highest. All other toys I have tried will start out low and increase, but not this one. The first level is slightly higher than average and the next too decrease to an almost non exist vibration (I did not receive a lemon either-the instructions say this is the correct order). The last is a great pulsating pattern that is just as strong or maybe stronger than the first setting. The vibrations are almost solely concentrated in the head and do not travel down the shaft as strongly. Outside of the body, the noise level is average on the first and last setting and very low on the others. While inside the body, I couldn't hear this at all and neither could my partner who was sitting right in front of me.
The shape of the bulbed head slid into me very comfortably. With ease it nestled against my g-spot. There was absolutely no discomfort or anything to get used to. It rendered the two middle vibration settings pretty useless for me unless used clitorally, in which case the middle setting was best. But for g-spot, I didn't feel an increasing arousal unless using the the highest vibration level or the patterned vibration. I was unable to achieve a g-spot orgasm from this, but it did feel great and I was able to achieve a clitoral orgasm. I think it just may not have been strong enough for me.
Another use I found for the Liberte was a neck massager! The curve of the neck is perfect for betting behind your neck and lounging in a chair. I could feel the vibration throughout my neck and shoulders. My boyfriend loved using it in his gaming chair.
This is NOT waterproof so do not use it in the shower, tub, etc.
To use the Liberte you will need two AA batteries. Natural Contours was kind enough to have included these. They even have their own battery with their name on it. Inserting the batteries is easy. The back of the control pad pops off and they just slid in. Return the cap.
The plastic material can be used with oil, water, or silicone lubricant. I used a small amount of silicone based lubricant. To store, you can use the packaging it came in or simply leave it as is. To clean, use soap and water, or a rubbing alcohol (isopropyl) on the surface. Make sure to not get the end of the toy wet. When not in use, remove the batteries.
The Liberte's packaging matches its simple design. It comes in a box slightly larger to fit the toy. The box has an open side that slides in a frosted plastic sleeve, so the toy can be seen from the outside. The plastic sleeve says "Natural Contours-Liberte Intimate Massager" on the front and looks rather discrete. The sides have a picture of Liberte is an 80's style stippling ink print. This seems to be a common theme for the Natural Contours line. I love it because it looks retro. The back explains that is was designed in Europe and then a bit about the toy. It concludes saying it is made in China and made under ISO standards. Inside the box is a small paper insert explaining how to use the toy, insert batteries, and how to care for waterproof use.
Personally, I am giving the Liberte 3 stars because it is comfortable and easy to use, but it wasn't strong enough for me. It may be strong enough for others, but the main downfall to this down was the backwards vibration levels. The middle two were pretty much useless or it was annoying to have to cycle through to go in order of intensity. There is no smell and it is really quiet, but I enjoyed it more as a neck massager than anything else.
Objectively, I am giving the Liberte 4 stars because it may be strong enough for others, especially those new to g-spot stimulation.
Follow-up commentaryI still like it1 month after original review
I don't use this g-spot toy as often as my others but it is still a nice change of pace. The shape just fits so perfectly. I found out through the company owner that the reason for the backwards vibration levels is that it is easier on the motor and makes it last longer. So, this brings a bit of new respect to the Liberte.
