Squeaky clean.
I totally recommend this. You get a HUGE bottle for a low price! It smells good and it performs very well.

This is the first toy cleaner I have purchased and I am glad I chose this one. It gets my toys so clean that they almost squeak when you rub your fingers across them.
I used this in the shower to get it done quicker, which worked. All of my toys are waterproof, so if yours are not, I wouldn't recommend doing the same thing.
It has a pretty pleasant smell to it, almost like Lysol? That sort of citrus type, almost lemon scent. It's not strong by any means, as you can only smell it when you put it very close to your nose.
My routine for using this is to apply three pumps to a damp washcloth and then rub it all over the toy. After doing this I could immediately see the foaming formula working. It was like it was dissolving the dirt, dust and residue right off the toy. Then, I use another wet washcloth to wipe the cleaner off the toy and another to dry. You can also let them air dry, I did this with my silicone toys and there were no water spots or anything of the sort left behind.
I have a variety of toys made from a wide range of materials (TPR, jelly, silicone, plastic), and the cleaner cleans equally well on all the toys.
I was very surprised when I noticed how large the bottle was. I can see this lasting a while for myself and my quite extensive toy collection.
For anyone who is wondering, the ingredients are:
Deionized Water - It's just simple, purified water.
Lauryldimoniumhydroxypropyl Decylglucosides Chloride - Sounds scary but it is a natural conditioning agent.
PEG-8 - or polyethylene glycol, which is a solvent. It is also found in things such as cosmetics, may cause slight skin irritations to only the most sensitive skin types.
Polysorbate 20 - It is a surfactant. I'm not going to get all "scientific" on you, but it is usually organic and used in things like flavored mouth drops.
Stearyldimoniumhydroxyproply Laurylglucosides Chloride - Another big name for a conditioning agent.
Phenoxythethanol - it's an organic chemical compound, a glycol ether, often used in dermatological products such as skin creams and sunscreen.
Capryylyl Glycol - It's yet ANOTHER conditioning agent.
Hydroxyethylcellulose - which is a gelling and thickening agent derived from cellulose. It is widely used in cosmetics, cleaning solutions, and other household products.
Triclosan USP - which is a broad-spectrum antibacterial/anti-microbial agent. Often used in hand soap.
Citric Acid - It is a weak organic acid. Very often used as a preservative. Found in soda, candy, etc.
Fragrance - it's pretty obvious what this is...
I'm sure to some of you that a few of these HUGE words look awful and scary but all of them are body safe and are common ingredients in other things such as cleaning supplies, detergent and even shampoo.
It DOES have fragrance in it, which some users may find slightly irritating if they have sensitive skin or allergies.
Overall, I COMPLETELY recommend this product to anyone looking for a good, reliable toy cleaner. You get a lot for the price and the pumping bottle is really nifty.

Follow-up commentary
3 months after original review
After using this for a while now, it is still the tried and true way of cleaning toys for me. It's so quick and easy every time I have something to clean. I still really love the foaming action, it makes everything feel like so much less of a hassle. Still one of my top recommended products for a toy lover.
